They stopped her before she could really do anything so she probably deleted it. Emosh said she was trying to pull the "you're harassing me" bit but they asked her about the guest pass and saw them recording and booted them out.

Justice isn't always possible. Perps get away sometimes, because we've decided that it's better to occasionally allow guilty people to escape than it is to punish an innocent person for something they didn't do. There will be situations where one person says that they were assaulted and the accused person says that they are being falsely accused, and the evidence simply won't be enough to prove either party's claim. It's better to just allow both to go free than to punish either one of them if we're just not sure.

Let's just sit down for a minute as I don't think you understand the severity of false allegations. Part of it is society's fault of pushing away from the idea of "Innocent until proven guilty" but that isn't the point. Even if someone makes up complete hogwash out of nowhere, your reputation is pretty much permanently damaged even if it's obvious it's all made up. Your name was slapped into an investigation and now you are viewed as a possible rapist. And what happens to the other person? Pretty much nothing.

It's because there's pretty much no goddamn consequence why people do it. It's the equivalence of why people steal at stores (trust me, I've seen it too many times). It's simply because they can and there's not much consequence if they get caught. You see what these allegations can do so why not punish people who do it? We punish people for going a little bit too fast for reasons. And we're talking about like a quarter of these getting punished because Pridemore's has some evidence to at least support the claim. It's not so much to punish people but to simply get into people's heads and have second thoughts from doing something they aren't sure was real in the first place.

I know it could potentially hurt victims, but let's be honest most people who do this stuff is because they are freaking vile or want people to suffer or burn out of spite usually over something petty and not something like a rape. And if we just simply keep the system as it is, then the same results of what I suggest happen because nobody will believe victims anymore anyways. And when the pendulum swings back, I don't think it's going to swing the other way for a very, very long time as one side is more damaging than the other.
