One of the things Billy pushes the most for is that kids should get to transition while young instead of having to wait until they grow up like the evil nazi gatekeepers want. This includes arguments like "kids should be put on blockers while they make up their mind what gender they are" and "if they realize they weren't actually the other gender after all, they can just detransition, so no damage done". A lot of it seems to stem from him being really frustrated he couldn't transition while HE was a kid.

I think the frustration is retroactive. We’ve seen nothing from his teen years to indicate he was ever a frustrated trans girl and all his tales of that era are lies. What he’s actually frustrated about is that straight men can instantly tell he’s not a girl, and he thinks if only he’d transitioned at 10 he’d now be up to his neck in cishet dudes.

I once gave this comic a read. It hurt my brain so much. Comics are supposed to be easy to read and comprehend, comics are a much simpler layout than books. This series is more like a book with unnecessary illustrations attached.

FTFY fam. On top of that amateur comic artists generally improve in both writing and illustration over time, but LaBelle has only gotten worse at overall presentation and preachier/creepier.
