Nasty shits aside, if she were capable of sticking to keto through the initial carb cravings, while at the same time choosing high-quality food and eating only at set mealtimes, she'd lose an absolute fuckton of weight really fast, without ever having to go hungry. Keto really is great for that. Unfortunately for her, it's a given that she'll never be able to stick to it, but I can't wait to see what her fucked-up version looks like, her rationale for it--and how she's going to explain herself to the vegans (especially after watching so much animal-torture porn).
Ha, yea, "keto flu" which is about day 3 or 4 she'll be gobbling up the carbs again because she's so 'sick' since there will be all over aches and headaches but only lasts a day or two. Hydration and electrolytes are important.. Also, for some people if they don't drink a lot of water on keto, will get constipated. So on day 5 "hey, hey, hey hey goiiiiys.... I finally shit and backed up the toilet! I feel sick.. so I went on another late night drive through binge and I had to have the bacon wrapped cheesy tots with the garlic aioli... OMG so good!"
Though seriously, keto of them all she's provided the most pushback but would keep her satiated longer because of the fats, she'd lose weight, and if doing keto correctly, is focused on a lot of veggies. She may need to avoid the K vitamins in dark leafy greens like spinach and kale, but there's so many other alternatives. Yet again, this is a woman who can't pick produce, can't dice an onion correctly and even skips peeling a potato in bibi's recipe.
She even commented in a post or on community she put off using one Doctor because they recommended and advocated a keto/low carb diet and had a recipe with pepperoni on it. And she 'hell no!" to that because pepperoni to her is a carcinogenic. Eh, yea, she fails to realize that if you don't want to eat pepperoni then you don't have to and it would be more legit if she whined about nitrates more than cancer concerns.
She's addicted to fast food or take out because she can't cook or is too lazy to cook.. and weigh food, or count carbs, count calories, or log her food intake. She wants to eat what she wants, when she wants it yet at nearly 400 lbs and now several serious health issues? I can't see any positive outcome.
What amazes me is that she set up an alternate YouTube channel based on ripping off stories from a website that sounds like Read It, which also has amazing subs for lose it, 1200 calories for keto, for keto recipes, for keto support, keto support for women and she has not and will not utilize any of them.
I think that's why she is so irritating. Her ignorance is baffling.
Though I have to say, her following ketoconnect is a good choice. I do like their videos and website. Though I'm skeptical Chantal can do that much 'work' and not a lot of take out/fast food options. So I guess if that's her path, expect a haul video and then a few days later another cyclic episode of why she's going to eat what she wants and binge eating. Again.
