Barb's in big trouble?!! :o Chris is the one facing a return to the slammer.

Chris's slammer time might be a positive for him since he'll be in a secure environment with a structure forced upon him.
As insane as it sounds , it could actually be good for him to be in such a place.

Barb is in trouble because she literally depends on Chris for EVERYTHING.

He's already had an evaluation. He has mild autism, not paranoid schizophrenia or any other kind of debilitating psychosis where he doesn't know right from wrong or is compelled to harm himself or others. I cannot stress this enough: it is EXTREMELY difficult to be labeled psychologically incompetent and be hospitalized against your will. There are plenty of people with similar psychological and emotional impairments as Chris who are in jail and prison. Often times they are given lighter punishment for their crimes, but eventually the criminal justice system sees that they are repeat offenders and stop slapping them on the wrist. Chris knows right from wrong, he's just arrogant and egotistical and believes the rules don't apply to him. That has little to nothing to do with his Autism and has everything to do with how he was raised.

Up until this point I'd agree with you completely.

My thoughts still hinge on this speculation, but he really does seem that he's losing sense of lucidity. Chris' ego always overrides his morality, but that hasn't been a problem until now.

I don't know anymore if weaseling out of getting labelled incompetent is more important to him than telling whoever evaluates him the importance of how awful blue arms are.

Drunkenness and Redneckery happens alot down there in Charlottesville.

No it doesn't. Many people here tend to have exaggerated ideas about the redneckness of this area - especially Ruckersville.

In illinois at least unincorporated rural areas fall into the county's jurisdiction with the small towns police primarily handling the incorporated part of town. Chris may be in unincorporated ruckersville. He lives near an alpaca farm

If this had happened at the Ruckersville Wal-Mart, the Greene County Sheriff's department would have been called. As I said several pages ago, I imagine the Albemarle County police handled the incident.

Agree'd on this one. For every case of someone who becomes morbidly obese, there's always been some enabler who has been getting their groceries and feeding them.

If Chris goes to jail, Barb will have to go out and do things in town for herself, and we'll soon have spin-off Barb "Sagas" for sure.

but who will tell us about this adventures? barb does not use the internet in the same manner Chris

OK, I have confirmation....

Before we start, I realize that I'm going to get a lot of flack for the way I handled this: I had Renee contact Chris. You'll notice from the texts that Renee is trying to reason with Chris regarding his feeling the need to "protect himself". I may continue the conversation with Renee simply to try and convince Chris that he's being unreasonable and paranoid (although I'll try to be a bit more subtle about it.)

Yes, I used the threat of Catherine not wanting to have anything else to do with him because he's become violent. This is actually something she's done. The Game Stop incident gave her the perfect excuse to break off contact with Chris and she's taking it (more about that later).

So no arrest, no jail just a normal Chris tantrum and he is still blaming stuff on Micheal Snyder, it must be interesting living in chris's head

Chris threatened people with pepper spray because he was somewhere he wasn't supposed to be? Don't ever change, chris.

I don't really have a problem with you having "a friend" contact Chris. After the events of the past 2 weeks, I'm convinced that Chris benefits from any human contact that isn't Barb and Rocky. He's on his way to jail one way or another, best we can do is try and give him a productive stay there.

Thetan, he's not going to reason anymore. He wants revenge on those who banned him from his place. In one of the leaked calls a while back, Bob thinks stores are "public places" meaning anyone can attend them but forget that managers can ban people to protect their businesses. Not to mention, Barb seemed to have told store managers that if they ban her son, then that is discrimination against people with autism. You did all you can to help only to find out he wants revenge to reclaim his lost innocence he'll never have back. To him, the world is after him and he must do whatever it takes to protect himself and the remaining time left in his life to reclaim his innocence that has long been lost.
