To be fair though, if a dude in a wheelchair is froggy enough to swing the first punch, he best be prepared to get pushed down a flight of stairs. Garnishment doesn't exist under Texas Law, the only means of collection is seizure of personal bank accounts but beyond that it's nigh impossible to involuntarily collect debt in Texas against peasants.
