I know expecting reading comprehension online is useless but isn't that the exact opposite what the comic is trying to say? The whole point is that Ciel isn't at fault. Like you don't need to invent things about this comic to make it seem horrible, because far better illustration what kind of character Sophie is how in the original comic it's Ciel who asks Stephie if she needs a hug and she's like "yeah". Sophie really did a comic where son of a suicide victim is the one who comforts his self insert because obviously the biggest tragedy about Ciel's mother's suicide is that Stephie feels bad about it.

Or if this about Ciel feeling the his mother's suicide is his fault, that is actually one of the more realistic things seen in this comic. Children of suicide victims often feel like their parent's suicide is their fault.
