Oh hey, the orca decided to chime in too with her complete idiocy. Jamie has to be just putting on act though. There's no way she'd be actually stupid enough to ignore these papers when people have been shoving them in her face for days. Despite the behavior we've seen, I really want to believe she's not stupid enough to put her head in sand and hope this goes away. It's not going Jamie away and the longer you wait to deal with this, the more it's going to suck for you and the poor lawyer who gets stuck with you.

The swarm of autists is pretty spergy, but so is this nut for incessantly baiting them with no possible benefit out of it. She's at least right there's no "court order" yet. A complaint is not a court order. Nor are the five interrogatories nor the two requests for production attached to the complaint.

She certainly comes across a lot more like an arrogant scofflaw than a "victim" or someone outraged on behalf of "victims." The "victims" in this case seem to think it's all just a huge laugh.

Is she sober? I only ask because he ravings remind me an awful lot of those of Leigh Alexander of #gamergate fame. What is with all of these fools? They are so hard wired to be the center of attention that they just can’t shut up when it’s intheir best interests. Funi has arranged an extension indeadline to respond. Whereas l’m sure Ty Beard will file a motion of default if her response goes past 10:31 am on June 17. And her two faced tweets will be used in support of it. Proving the defendant had more than sufficient time and knowledge to prepare a defense, and publicly elected not to. Why would you do this? Why would you constantly feed your legal opponent so many useful communications under your own verified Twitter handle?

You know her lawyer, if she has one, is mostly unaware of all of this. At best he met with her regarding the letters and said come back when you get served.... I am certain that none of these fools lawyers have yet realized how closely they need to be monitoring their retarded clients social media accounts. BHH has, as has probably Funi. Just reinforces my belief she either truly believes she can make this go away if she denies reality hard enough, or she expects to be left alone if she keeps telling this to go away.

Generally, I would imagine it would not be in Vic's interest to drag out the process, but if I were Ty, I could see it being advantageous to schedule Casey's deposition of Vic and the accompanying depositions of Ron and Monica after Jamie's response date. If she's been delaying - even in part - to try and get information from the depositions to use in her response, I would absolutely want to deny her that opportunity.
