Freud would probably have had a field day with her. She has spent her entire career acting out the voices of female sex objects, is the subject of servile adoration of many men, and yet for all of that has failed to reproduce and is careening towards the wall as fast as she can.
It looks to me like she's a victim of her own inflated standards. None of the men who lusted after her were good enough. They were all filthy weebs. She has a fiance but she's already in her 40s. Desperation and she knows it. She was meant for so much more then what she is getting. It's what she tells herself. Ignoring what she has even as time ticks ever closer to her like the crocodile in Peter Pan.
I always loved that allegory. It was meant to refer to young men that they had to grow up. Time does not wait for you and if you wait too long, if you focus on the trivial and the immediate, it will eat you. Captain Hook was not just a foil for Peter Pan. He was an avatar for Peter Pans future. A bitter old man with petty grievances fighting a losing battle with time. Thanks to our modern society this is an existential dread women can now share in too. While simultaneously being lied to by telling them they can have it all.

Oh hey, the orca decided to chime in too with her complete idiocy. Jamie has to be just putting on act though.
