Again, I doubt it can be considered TI
How do you figure? The screenshot shows the mall basically replied "we didn't know that when we booked him, we'll take it into consideration," and then it cancelled Vic's event. That seems like a clear-cut example of TI with contract... there was a contract, they knew of the contract and intentionally interfered with it, and the only question is whether any damages were caused. I would imagine that there were damages, since the event was canceled and Vic had to find a different venue at the last minute.

Depending on what specifically they told the mall, it probably could've also been defamatory, but you'd need to get your hands on that email to prove it.

Dunno. Thinking about it more, it does fit the four criteria for tortoise interference, with damages being the shakey one.

Ok so I have to wonder if any single one of them even understand how bad this is for Ron and Monica and how amazingly dumb their takes are because at this point I feel like they are just lying to each other to try and hide from reality. How do you read the facts of this case and come out thinking Vic's legal team isn't going to roll Casey's filing? I mean fuck's sake is there something in the water on PULL?

This latest filing from Casey was so bad that I could see the issues just on the face of the facts. I'm no lawyer, hell I don't know how to defend a parking ticket, but I can look at the factual statements in Casey's filings and see clearly where he gets basic facts wrong. That's ignoring the fact that every single lawyer I've heard from who've looked at this case are all saying the same thing; "This is bad for the defense."

It's surreal watching this unfold and then looking at PULL, because I can only assume we are somehow looking at a forum in an alternate version of reality than our own.

Cause the accusers never considered Vic had a spine and were caught with their thumbs up their asses.

What's really funny about PULL is they acknowledge that Shane is an enormous idiot, but don't stop and consider what that says about them since they say the same crap he does about Nick, Ty, and Vic. Being in the same corner as Shane should serve as a huge mirror for self-reflection.

On the one hand, this is a motions hearing and not the actual trial. On the other hand, so much drama over procedural shit should have them praying that Casey is a better advocate in a courtroom than he is on paper.

Are PULL in favour of a gag order now despite having been opposed to a protective order only days ago?

Kickvic continuing to be exceptional individuals who break the law and document the evidence. All for a moment of brief attention.
It's part of why I hope more people start suing these cretins. They aren't smart enough to hide their gayops, partly because they're fucking retarded, and partly because they think "oh this will never get used against us/me anyway" even when it's the kind of evidence a prosecuting lawyer would cream themselves over possessing in a civil/criminal case. It doesn't even matter if you flat out tell them "yo this could totally be used in a court case against you" because they won't believe you even as a process server is knocking on their front door.
God, that is some strong projection right there.
