And while Ty pointed out he wasn't going to discuss strategies in specific, he also said they weren't hard to figure out, and Nick did that. This wasn't just Nick being a partisan, either. It was what anyone with any understanding of law would figure out, given this set of facts. It's literally a set of facts that you could put on the bar examination and then just flunk anyone who doesn't come out with defamation, tortious interference and civil conspiracy.

That is what these PULLacks and shoe-eating idiots don't seem to understand. Nothing about this lawsuit is a stretch given the facts. In fact, you'd have to not have any idea what you were talking about not to see these causes of action and how you might pursue them.

You would be astonished at the shear number of people that do that. I've lived a few blocks from one of the teams HQ's/Training Centers. It gets insane with all of the out of state people coming to watch.

I'm not seeing why it would be an issue even if Ty had discussed his strategy, tbh. It wouldn't be prejudicial to the defendants in any way.

I had planned to go but tornado yesterday took out a tree, fences, ripped a shitload of shingles off the roof, somebody had a dresser on the curb for trash pickup, that thing smacked into the side of the house. I gotta stay home and fix shit, meet with insurance guy & contactors. Maybe the next court date.
