Victor Mignogna v. Funimation Productions, LLC, et al. (2019) - Vic's lawsuit against Funimation, VAs, and others, for over a million dollars.

Does anyone have a link to the streams they cited? I'd like to remember what stream it is so I can see exactly what they're insisting the Judge watch.

The closest thing I've seen to the 'discussion of legal strategies' between Nick and Ty, which involves Nick asking Ty if Nick's strategies are viable. Transcript of relevant parts below.

2:27 (N) *Thanks so with that in mind ladies and gentlemen we will not be discussing anything as far as specifics of the Vic Mignogna case, we will not be discussing the actual legal strategy of Beard and Harris, we will not be doing any of that we will do nothing on this stream to compromise the integrity of the legal case.*

40:45 (N) but did you have any comments about the Vic case that you want to make anything you're authorized to say or anything like that

(T) *Yeah I'm not gonna say obviously in detail not that our legal strategy is particularly difficult to figure out* you know the striking thing about this case is that he didn't do anything for three or four weeks he just sat back and these people continue to batter him and pummel him and he tried his level best like the high road he gave a very heartfelt apology for not understanding people he didn't admit anything they were accusing everything....

1:19:18 (N) I have to ask lawyer to lawyer you've seen me lay out some of the some of the potential
strategies now obviously not commenting on what your actual strategy is would thick because it's clients individual client specific are the strategies I've laid out are they nonsense?

(T) I thought you did a thorough very thorough job of laying out the options of course you know part of the part of the challenge for any lawyer of course is to figure out which of the strategies in this menu you're gonna use and execution is the big deal but no I thought from from from a theoretical standpoint I don't mean that you know disparagingly right (N) right (T) from a theoretical standpoint I thought you did a very very good job of laying out all the options a couple times have you know that so yeah and I thought you did a very good job I recommend anybody watch those you know for the well when the comment about belt buckles that could receive satellite maybe a grazed line of 2019 I've heard so far

And while Ty pointed out he wasn't going to discuss strategies in specific, he also said they weren't hard to figure out, and Nick did that. This wasn't just Nick being a partisan, either. It was what anyone with any understanding of law would figure out, given this set of facts. It's literally a set of facts that you could put on the bar examination and then just flunk anyone who doesn't come out with defamation, tortious interference and civil conspiracy.

That is what these PULLacks and shoe-eating idiots don't seem to understand. Nothing about this lawsuit is a stretch given the facts. In fact, you'd have to not have any idea what you were talking about not to see these causes of action and how you might pursue them.

.......
Did they assume the date didn’t change? Are they not keeping abreast of this? Are they not checking their mail or some shit? I know people initially thought LanDUI was just signing George’s shit for the judge before things were made more clear. I’m wondering the same thing here.
Again, this info is coming from Shane. Are we really taking the shoe-torturing chair-rapist at his word?

(objection, calls for speculation)

Don't forget "I have no information that conflicts with that at this time." THE ROOTS OF THIS COLLUSION RUN DEEP AND WIDE. AND ONCE EXPOSED, THEY'RE GOING TO SEND SHOCKWAVES THROUGH THE VERY CORRIDORS OF POWER!

Are any Kiwis going to make it to the hearing tommorrow?

I hope so. It's going to be an actual hearing for a change instead of just a continuance, in all likelihood.

Again, this info is coming from Shane. Are we really taking the shoe-torturing chair-rapist at his word?

I'd just ignore any factual allegations from Shane. Even if someone fed him actual facts, and any of the people who would are shit-eating liars, he'd be too stupid to understand them. It would be like trying to figure out how to refine gasoline by studying the corn in the turds of a dead drunk hobo.

Nobody should go out of their way. It would be like booking air tickets to go to a football teams summer practice. But if anyone is in driving distance that would be sweet
Or like buying airline tickets to canada and tickets to a con to ask an exceptional person a question to only then get kicked out.

You would be astonished at the shear number of people that do that. I've lived a few blocks from one of the teams HQ's/Training Centers. It gets insane with all of the out of state people coming to watch.

What if ... since Casey probably can't say it himself ... he's trying to tell the court that he has pants-on-fire-exceptional clients in a roundabout way? 🤔
"Casey, this is Ty. File TCPA at 2PM if you mean yes, file at 3PM if you mean no."

And while Ty pointed out he wasn't going to discuss strategies in specific, he also said they weren't hard to figure out, and Nick did that.

I'm not seeing why it would be an issue even if Ty had discussed his strategy, tbh. It wouldn't be prejudicial to the defendants in any way.

Not sure if people have pulled up the info on the lawyer for Funimation, but seeing as how a doc from them has dropped, here it is. http://www.lynnllp.com/attorneys/john-volney
-20 years experience
-List of cases, look good/impressive
-International legal dealings
And most importantly, not a fucking """"Superlawyer""""
Seems like this guy might be the most competent attorney out of all the defendants, though we have yet to see who Marchi picks, if she does at all.

The other name on the doc is interesting. http://www.lynnllp.com/attorneys/rebecca-l-adams . Graduated from Canoe U and then went to Stanford where it appears her hobby was injecting botox. All of it.

Litigation boutique. What a pretentious way to try to dress up "overpriced ambulance chaser" IMO. I learned something new today.

I had planned to go but tornado yesterday took out a tree, fences, ripped a shitload of shingles off the roof, somebody had a dresser on the curb for trash pickup, that thing smacked into the side of the house. I gotta stay home and fix shit, meet with insurance guy & contactors. Maybe the next court date.
