"No Anti-Slapp at all" , but factualness of this is iffy because Nick does not think Judge can do that.

"No confidentiality for depositions apart from Tax filings and things like that"

"Judge asked why the lawyers are here instead of figuring this between themselves?"

I have no reason to doubt this man. That's all I can say.

I think he just wanted to do this from his home where he could voice chat all this with Daddy Nick praising him. and fuck typing from the phone.

Nick will confirm all of this and final details in due time.

40 mins as many predicted. Not really kiwis worth driving a few hours to make it. My guess, dressing down by judge and told to get on with it and not waste court cost and time.
