What kind of bank sees multiple overdrafts every month for 6 months or more and instead of closing that account just says, 'eh, whateves. Hey, why don't we just pay his bill for him with money he doesn't have? I'm sure he'll get back to us about having no money, it's cool,'?
Also ,what happened to Phil changing all his payments to happen at the end of the month, to coincide with his Twitch and YouTube payments, back in January?‽
Actually, that happens a lot. Especially if you have direct deposits that the bank can tell are pretty much guaranteed.
Super profitable for the banks too. Over 10 years ago I had an account with WaMu, and they pretty much always honored any charges, they'd just take it out and charge $35 on top of it for the privilege. Shit gets hard to get back in the green with once you fall down. Paycheck deposits and I'm barely green again, so I have no choice but use that shit feature to pay my bills.
That's when I learned about budgeting. I think I paid something like $7500 in fees in just 6 months. So fuck you WaMu, I'm glad you're fucking dead now but also thank you for helping me learn to budget.
Something tells me if his dad said it - yeah, sure. But if his mom said "You sell that Wakhando and come home right now!" he'd do what she says. What if his parents actually told him to move back home to CT and sell his WAkhando?
In good old Phil fashion, his solution is to get rid of the CT condo so he can stay in WA?
Dad is ashamed at the failure he raised, momma is happy she'll always have her 'baby boy'.
