Yeah, that's how I saw it, but what I don't get is why 'tards on twitter are acting like this is the only legit case Vic's lawyers have. It just seems to me like they added it to pile onto all the other defamatory shit that's been said to show how how nonstop and extreme the defamation has been. And I've always seemed to remember lawyers to be very nit picky about statements like that, at least if TV shows and movies are accurate, which they probably aren't.

So, Nick is grifting by interpreting the law and the case at hand to his fans and giving free advertisement to cons to get them to invite Vic? Where is Nick benefiting from any of this? A couple extra superchats on his stream? It's almost like none of that is actually a bad thing, let alone could be classified as a grift.

She's a DB Twitter user who still is all over this situation when this has nothing to do with her but she has to stick with her fellow "victims". She is completely into her feelings with this whole situation and doesn't know when to bow out of this and let it run its course. She also from what i'm looking at doesn't know the full story or was fed misinformation that she probably wouldn't care because it doesn't fit her agenda.
She's also on Kanzenshuu and she's in her early 40s. She's also active on the r/dbz discord.
Sounds like a loser who can't make real friends in meatspace to talk about things that are dear and near to her so she relies on emotional vindication on Twitter where they can't smell the cat piss. Also someone that prioritizes feels over reals.
