Faggots like Maza are no different then a woke African lady demanding reparations and virtue signalling about not tipping white servers at restaurants. Neither are representative of everyone who happens to be black or gay. What they are representative of is of intersectional activists our universities have been happily churning out for the last couple of decades. You will never see this sort of behavior from people who actually work for a living. Its always from some "educated" urban dwelling progtard.

Unfortunately that type of person seems to very frequently get a "journalism" degree and go to work for some old media publication like Vox. These people are not just spiteful as a matter of personality, they are TRAINED to be spiteful and then possess a learned belief structure that gives morality to their spite. So when someone gets in the way of what they want, in the case of Maza that being a dominant position in the internet publication space, then they act out exactly as they are taught and by any means necessary destroy their enemies. Maza nuking all of youtube to go after one guy is not an accident. It is a feature and was always his intention.

What kills me, and it's been mentioned, is that he just seems completely oblivious to the tsunami of shit that's headed his way. He honestly seems to think that the faceless manifestation of chaos that is the internet hasn't turned it's eye upon him or something.

Sorry, I just chose that at random. He claims he's 7/8 Cuban, though his mom, the secretary at Ultimate Software who was given the flashy-yet-meaningless title of 'Chief People Officer' because 'secretary' sounded menial, looks pretty white. She claims she raised him alone. Carlos Maza probably finds his father as mysterious as we do.

TL;DR: It's a cynical power play by Maza, who is a member of the Vox Union, seeking to strongarm his own company into paying them more. Apparently a good bit of Vox's money comes from Youtube, so he picked Pride month, in addition to his target to gain popular support and hurt Vox where it counts.

Someone using the clothing of virtue and justice for their own personal gain? Say it isn't so!
