Don't bother. They won't care to read anything that isn't spoon fed to them. They're not aware there's a bunch of layers to this case.Interesting, here comes the people making "matters of opinion" arguments about defamation. That's the usual defense because a matter of opinion is typically protected.
Problem as I see it is if this is a matter of "opinion" it certainly does not seem it was presented that way to conventions when discussing Vic. Ron told KH that there were "charges coming" as in this is not a matter of opinion, this is a matter of fact.
Has anyone thrown the KH texts at these suddenly astroturfing superlawyers?
