Interesting, here comes the people making "matters of opinion" arguments about defamation. That's the usual defense because a matter of opinion is typically protected.

Problem as I see it is if this is a matter of "opinion" it certainly does not seem it was presented that way to conventions when discussing Vic. Ron told KH that there were "charges coming" as in this is not a matter of opinion, this is a matter of fact.

Has anyone thrown the KH texts at these suddenly astroturfing superlawyers?

Don't bother. They won't care to read anything that isn't spoon fed to them. They're not aware there's a bunch of layers to this case.

The read is a desperate attempt to get laughed out and Nick immediately saw through it. It looked like he was sperging for a while trying to get them on the show, but at the same time he was running circles around them correcting them over Texas law and statutes.
TLDR, the left apparently can't gay OP either.
