Roped in another one. He's not a heavy tweeter. Don't think he's a super lawyer.

Well yes, the argument could be made that it does not count as "inducement" or "Breach of Contract" but of course these Morons did this in Texas. Also while the argument could be made, it would be a very very bad argument, and would quickly get washed out. The only reason for even making said argument would be an inducement to force a settlement.

I love how all these lawyers thinks an opinion is somehow worse then asserting your statement is true regardless of having evidence or not.......
So opinions (generally protected under free speech) wouldn't save them but somehow asserting something arguably defamatory in nature and would require evidence to prove it's not would save them in a defamatory lawsuit...... KK I'm learning so much from them (sarcasm).

I'm betting there is a "Super Lawyer" Google group that Casey is druming up support in.

Highly possible but for what? It's not like the jury is going to be deciding which uninvolved people made the best tweets.

Didn't they tell you, this is a TWITTER TRIAL!!!!! AND HE'SSS GOING TO JAAAIIIIILLLLLL!!!!

There's a high profile criminal case which has just gone to appeal here and prior to the verdict there were an enormous amount of lawyers absolutely certain of what the outcome would be. They lost their shit when the verdict came in and it wasn't what they had predicted. Most of them had no investment in the case - people just don't like being wrong. I expect the appeal will follow a similar pattern, with people being certain how it's going to play out and most of them being wrong.

Just speculating here.

All of this sounds like Casey posted in a members only superlawyer forum for help or something. Wouldn't it be embarassing for a superlawyer to lose this case?

They are just trying to muddy the water in public since it is going to be a trial by jury. We just need to stay the course since we have already established many of these Tweets are defamation per se.

These brainlets still think this case is going to be won in twitter court, they spent weeks dragging Vic's name through the mud online and people still rallied to him. Then they start catching wind that cons might start inviting him back and tried to fuck with that plan too which eventually fell through and what did they do? Took it to twitter to rally the dangerhair and soy hordes to them, only it failed and their little counter programming looked likea ghost town compared to Vic's line. Now that they're not getting their way legally they've again taken to twitter, this time instead of "it happened to me!" or "kamehacon invites rapists!" it's "look at this piece of shit quote, now listen to these lawyers who gawk at Dominque on twitter tell you that Vic's lawsuit is cancelled!".

They're on the hook for TI and civil conspiracy and their answer seems to be conspiring with shoe eaters and thirsty lawyers. I hope some one manages to dig up why these dudes magically appeared on the last working day before Casey is supposed to produce documents for discovery next week, I've rubbed my stubble off my chin with how much the timing makes me think. Also gotta love Soye still tweeting from behind his pillowfort like the noodle dicked spastic he is, along with all the usual suspects liking the tweets of these super lawyers that had no idea who they were 24 hours ago.
