All of this sounds like Casey posted in a members only superlawyer forum for help or something. Wouldn't it be embarassing for a superlawyer to lose this case?

They are just trying to muddy the water in public since it is going to be a trial by jury. We just need to stay the course since we have already established many of these Tweets are defamation per se.

Not really far fetched to think this as many others here think so as well. Document showing one page drops on twitter and suddenly all sorts of lawyers, all who have the term "superlawyer" (which btw, you can search them up on a superlawyer online directory) all come out of the woodworks, having never heard of or looked into this case to deride Ty Beard for "shit filing and being an idiot" while also talking to the KickVic side and avoiding Ty and Nick when asked to talk, all on one day? Either that is a mighty fine coincidence or Casey decided to fire back publicly after being called a fucking moron for his shit filings, and got some "Superlawyers" he knows to jump in. The guy who ducked Beard on twitter is very suspect to me, he won't stop tweeting and talking to prominent key players of the KickVic side. He just happens to talk to Marzgurl, Skye and a few others.

Not sure if it’s gay ops; it could be Casey’s new legal strategy to try and discredit or discourage the defense.

Luckily I’m guessing most judges don’t fall for that shit.
