Shane got this guy to spend 55 minutes being a sperg about the case.

If we only had the information on Holmberg from Akon related to what forced him out. I'd love to see some of that come to light...
Is this one of those lawyers from yesterday? From the Channel trailer it looked like one of the guys just don't remember his twitter handle.

Another greasy bugman like Gregg who's probably just thirsty for Dominique and the Orca.

If someone calls you a Gaijan, that's a pretty big insult. When it comes to this stuff (maybe it's the inner weeb talking), Japanese people hate Americans. Go far enough and people will start hate bombing you for trying to cause a mess of things. Like Marzgurl probably isn't going to be the push for Anime studios to drop dub studios (this is for the YouTubers who like to make videos like this), but you might start getting some hilarious interactions from annoyed people who will make fun of and laugh at a dumb Gaijan. So please, don't stop Marzgurl. I want some lolz.

I think the lolz from this will be that she has completely ruined her chances of networking and working on the Japanese side of the industry, even though she is obviously a talentless orangutan.

My inner autist is talking and the actual term is "gaijin". But yes it is meant to be insulting. If you want to call someone a foreigner without being rude you'd call them a "gaikokujin."

If you'd like to know the difference please see this helpful excerpt:
ENVIRONMENT

M: I've never been to Okinawa, but Kabukicho is dead on.
S: You mean the old Kabukicho. Governor Ishihara's totally ruined the place. It's like a ghost town.
K: It's like going back in time. Koma Theater is there, the pink salons, the Pronto Coffee shops, the Shinjuku Batting center, the love hotels.
S: You got your salaryman in there, the delinquent school girl and her sugar daddy, Chinese people, and even those Nigerian touts. What's with all the fucking gaijin (foreigners) in the area anyway? It used to be just Japanese, Koreans and Chinese.
M: Don't say gaijin. Say Gaikokujin. It's more polite. Jake's a gaijin.
S: Yeah, I forget sometimes. What's with all the fucking gaikokujin in Kabukicho anyway?

K: Internationalization. The world's a smaller place. The Nigerians? They marry Japanese chicks. They get a permanent visa. They stay. The cops can't get rid of them and they're good at steering customers into shady places. The young Japanese punks we hire, they give up, they don't browbeat drunks into bringing business to our establishments. They got no backbone. The Nigerians are aggressive. They can make good touts. By the way, Adelstein, usually when we say gaijin we mean non-Asian foreigners like you and the Nigerians. Not the Chinese or the Koreans.
S: Yeah, Koreans are chosenjin, not gaijin.
M: I like the fact that you power up by eating real food. Shio ramen gives you a lot of power — CC Lemon, not as much. It all makes sense.
S: The breaded pork cutlet bento box is like mega power. More than ramen. That's accurate.
K: If they had shabu (crystal meth) as a power-up item, that would be realistic. It's a yakuza game.
S: They have sake!
M: Kiryu is an executive, right? We all know the guys at the top don't drink or do speed.
S: Yeah, not anymore.
M: Can you smoke in the game? I forget. That should be a power-up.
S: Cigarettes and shabu should be in every yakuza game.

Gaijin (short for gaikokujin) literally just means foreigner. It really isn't an insult unless the person saying it is trying to make it sound like an insult. Also, the idea that Japan hates America is pretty over-exaggerated from what I've seen. They either don't seem to care or think it's weird/cool. Then again, I haven't done any hardcore research on Japanese attitudes towards Americans/foreigners so take what I just said with a grain of salt.

She really should consider joining the zoo considering her alternatives. I hear they have a free lifetime of bananas and you know what they say, "You are what you eat."

I understand a couple of moonrunes,so I thought I'd try to give a shitty translation attempt for this.

Tweet 1:
To tell you the truth, I've been a bit scared recently. For about 15 years, an American anime voice actor has been sexually harrassing people. Many women reported this voice actor. Now, male nerds are mad about that. Every day, this voice actor's victims are being harrassed. These nerds said, "I will kill you".

Tweet 2:
Those nerds only previously talked about murder (Note: I have literally no idea wtf is trying to be said here). The voice actor is suing his victims.

Tweet 3 is just a link to Vic's JP Wikipedia article. Also her Japanese is fucking awful and I hope to god it was Google Translated. I'm not fluent by any means, but I can read decently well and it's very obviously not written by anyone remotely familiar with the language.

EDIT: I only just now realized after 5 full days that I misread the second sentence in the first tweet, so I changed it to be more accurate (and it also makes a whole lot more sense now IMO).

People were passing around the "piece of shit" tweet and when lawyers chimed in on it they kind of tried to rope them in for legal lulz. Some like this guy were like "fuck this" because of the overdose of autism, but it seems to have roped in at least one big fat lolcow

At least these guys had the wit to duck out quickly when they realised the sheer autism they would have to face from either side. Those other two though...can't stop digging any deeper.

Can anyone confirm that this guy is a lawyer, and not some fat larping neckbeard?
Edit: Alright, about 2 minutes in before I checked out. The guy seems to be reading from a notebook/script...Idk, looks like a larper to me. No name given, link to firm or anything of the sort. Sure, it's a new channel, but I would hope that a person claiming to be a professional would provide some evidence to show that he/she is what they claim to be.

Eh...Japanese are pretty indifferent to Americans. If you try to speak Japanese, they'll think it's cool you're trying, but it's the same if they came here and spoke shit English. You're a novelty and a sexual conquest if you're okay looking at best, and a weeaboo annoyance at worst.

BTW, I said ok looking for a reason. Most neckbeards head there thinking it's where they'll meet their geisha catgirl sub princess, only to leave boo-boo faced because NO ONE WANTS TO FUCK A NECKBEARD.

Yup, that's basically what I was getting at.
