I don't think they're in Round 2. Most likely, Iago, Igor, and Renfield are in round 2, and my sanity won't accept Armzgurl being any of those three. We don't even know if Armzgurl is getting sued; she might just be part of discovery.

I doubt Iago would be in round 2. If his schtick is it manipulate things from the shadows and keep his own hands clean, Ty might not have enough yet to pin him down. Ideally, they'd attempt to take down Renfield and Igor first as they're Iago's lackeys. They go down, a whole Lotta shit hits the fan and splatters on Iago. My guess is that round 2 will be Igor, Renfield and Rooster teeth, maybe Marzgurl.

On that point, Marzgurl is most likely going to be sued. Her and or Hanleia given they're the ones who kicked all of the defamation off. Without them, there wouldn't have been everyone jumping on the bandwagon and everyone would've quietly fumed because Funimation refused to fire Vic (don't forget they tried to get him fired before the Broly movie).

Just caught up on the thread for the day: Worth pointing out the papers Marzgurl recieved are not the same as what Pridemore/Ron/Monica/Jamie have gotten. Marzgurl has only received a demand to preserve information, meaning that while she's not being sued currently, she can be sent a subpoena in order to either testify as a witness or release the documents/information she has (at least I believe that's the case).
