The picture is provided by Michelle, the only “named” “victim” in Casey’s response. It was provided by said “witness” (witless?) as evidence Vic was in fact part of the school play that she is alleged to have met and been molestored by him at. If the photo is fake, everything she says is proven fake. Which sends Casey’s already laughable filing down even further in flames.

While the lunatics will define that as "sexual assualt", it isn't. However I have no doubts that Casey intends to use it as proof of a patten of behavior dating back 30 years. Poking as many holes as possible in the Michelle story sinks that strategy.

I love how one of the gayops going around is that someone impersonated Nick and offered a bribe to a "news" outlet for them to quash something, theoretically with the intent of getting the outlet interested in and biased against Nick... only for that plan to fail, because the outlet was so shady it called up Nick and tried to give him their banking details so they could accept the offered bribe.

For some reason I imagine they stopped laughing when they started committing fraud (sending out fake BHBH letters) in order to try and smear BHBH.

What exactly did they do? Send fake takedown requests to youtubers? I know one of them was trying to pretend to be Null being pissy at Nick, or Nick being pissy at Null, or... something.

So what possible offenses are we looking at?
Fraud, forgery, the possible impersonation of a law firm and public servant? Law firms use e-file for most of their communications don't they?

I feel like the penalties for these crimes are federal and severe. Can someone chime in?

Not sure about BHBH but for Nick it sounded like they were trying to get Buzzfeed to wire Nick money Nick to wire buzzfeed to remove an article by using a fake letterhead of Nicks firm.
