That's the thing Shane. There's no confidentiality agreement. You could release everything right now. But you guys won't, will you? Because if you did, then everyone would know how little evidence you actually have against Vic and how fucked their chances truly are in court.

You’d think that maybe all of that evidence would have come in handy when communicating with cons or convincing the public, but I guess we’re not owed any details being simple unwashed plebs. Apparently the super secret evidence that is confidential can only be shared with everyone and their fucking mom who kisses enough ass and not dirty anime fans who ask too many questions.

But not to worry, I’m sure we’ll have all the details in two weeks.

The only mildly interesting thing (if this is real, it's Shame so I always take everything with a shoe load of salt) is that they gave BHBH "a few of the e-mails and some text convos." And that "It was either that or they were gonna dig through everything." Now I'm no expert on any of these things, but to me that's not what you say when your nose is clean.

Wait, if I remember correctly (no I'm not going to waste my night looking through fucking live streams) didn't Nick specifically say when he first started talking about KC that his source WAS NOT the KC owner? In fact I feel like the way he stated things the source was talking about the KC owner as a separate person. Then once he got the texts to show off he again never implied it was the KC owner that gave them to him, rather saying he had a "source" and then revealed it to be Ty to shit on Shane and Co's stupid ass assertion that Ty giving them to Nick would be illegal.

So where's the issue @Shane_Yes_That_One ?

That's a damn good find actually. This convo makes the owner of KC look much worse if you read the subtext to what he is saying. Why would he be worried about Vic's legal team "digging through everything"? Did our exceptional friend Shane just throw KC under the bus for twitter points?

Texts came from KC who gave them to Ty who gave them to Nick for a very specific reason. The texts came from KC
