Edit: I didn't say this to excuse BHBH's apparent copy/paste job, but to point out how silly these law experts look for automatically asserting US Legal's ownership of the text in question again and again. This literally took me seconds to find.
Here's text from Black's Law Dictionary citing the third edition of Criminal Law from 1982. The precise text BHBH used would presumably be from some newer edition (of which there are 13).
