I get the feeling that he finally did some research into the whole case and realized just how fucked up his initial impression of it was and what a bunch of idiots have been feeding him wrong info.
But since he's a super twitter lawyer and has already started a feud with Nick, his ego won't let him outright admit that he was wrong.

Yeah, my bad. Looks like I completely misread the context, apparently they were implying that for a lawyer (referring to Nick) to say that Casey's citation says the oposite of the point he was trying to make (Habeas Dibsies) would be sanctionable misconduct. I got it messed up because it doesn't make any fucking sense.

Super Sperg probably feels that he's sunk too much Twitter time into this case, and has to continue supporting Shoe-Eater's side, even though he knows how wrong they are.

Looks like the best he can do is mitigate the verbal diarrhea and legitimate misinformation that Shane spouts. Won't help much when the TCPA fails after about a month.

When i first saw Pridemore talking about "Emmitt" i was wondering if she meant Emmett, the guy who said he saw Vic assault his GF with few further details on what that actually entailed. Seems like he was in on it the whole time after all.

Going back over that chat log - Marchi isn't mentioned at all other than Shane bringing her up there - could be nothing he may just be randomly musing OR he may specifically be remembering talking to her in Universe 11.
