If Jamie shouldn't be in the lawsuit because she only talked about Vic, then that would imply that Ron and Monica were doing more than that.

<sigh> Shane... there's an actual term for people like you and spilling out information all over the place. You are an "insider threat," in that you either deliberately or negligently impair the organization you inhabit, particularly with regard to the topic of securing sensitive information. I'm inclined to believe it's flat-out negligence on your part, because you are too stupid to comprehend the damage on what you divulge does to other people. By denying that Jamie had any involvement with colluding against Vic with anything more than just words, you unwittingly highlighted the impact of Monica and Ron's role in the whole thing.

So...um, yeah. You're a terrible "ally," Shane. I don't even have a military conflict analogy to compare to you. All that can be said is this: whatever "side" you're on, people should be on the opposite. Or more simply, don't befriend Shane. He is the proverbial albatross around your neck.

Wait, the discord was called universe 11? The same universe that a character named Marcarita is the angel for? The same Marcarita that is voiced by Jaime Marchi?

These fucking tards are so dumb, it's actually insulting that this whole thing has gone this long with people as dumb as this being the big bads.

There seem to be pretty strong indications that Marchi is "she devil" in those logs. If so there are logs of her openly admitting to waging a conspiracy to destroy Vic from February. Boy isn't discovery going to be fun!

Oh, and for those that missed this nuance. TCPA doesn't stop ALL discovery. Discovery relevant to the TCPA motion can be requested. And this discord server opens the door for that.

Also great that so many in that server used their real names or Twitter handles. I would be interested to see if they had multiple servers for this kind of thing. Seems like once you had their name you could get the rest of that information from discord. Proving that Jamie is Shedevil or whatever is just going to take one question in the deposition and then the request for the communications after that. They are so stupid.

The scary thing of all of this is that these dummies could have buried vic without ever getting themselves wrangled into a lawsuit if they had just been a little prudent about the shit they were pulling.

That doesn't even make any sense. For one thing, the case did in fact say precisely the opposite of what Casey claimed it did, and for another, even assuming Nick was somehow wrong, which he wasn't, it wouldn't be sanctionable misconduct to be wrong on a YouTube livestream where he was representing nobody.
