BHBH has already pulled a smart move by naming plaintiff as Vic (rather than Victor) in their documents reinforcing the message Vic=Victim in a court setting. If BHBH weren't already onto this they will be when they get back into the office on Monday, if I was that kamehouse person I'd archive the whole thing and hand it over.
