this reminds me of a similar case in argentina where the older sister of a "trans kid" spoke publicly about how it was the mother the one who was pushing the kid to act like a girl because she wanted to have a daughter (the sister was the father's daughter) and the boy would follow along to please the mother.

For this type, the trooned out son is even better than a real daughter. A real daughter they would have to dress in muted colors and encourage to go into STEM and have self-respect and all that boring stuff. A troon child can be decked out in sequins and do the dance of the seven veils while wearing a pound of makeup.

I have never met a child even a few years older than that who had any grasp of gender like parents like this say . It is ALL grooming, putting words in their mouths and when coupled with certain behaviours and things they say, it’s indicative of either outright abuse or being exposed to sexual situations far too young.
Desmond’s BMI is shockingly low - it’s far beyond healthy skinny kid level. Hearing the girl talk about how she was starved...

Anytime a kid miraculously wants to swap gender or wants to push some political movement/talking point, my automatic assumption is the parents have Munchausen-by-proxy or are pushing them to do so. Kids are dumb, or in this case, literally exceptional. 10 year old kids want to have sleep overs, or go play/spend time with their friends, hell 15 and 16 year olds want to do that, but with alcohol thrown in. They most certainly don't want to cut their dick off and shake their asses for money in gay clubs.
When this kid dies at some point, he's going to be a martyr against bigots and haters. Even in death he will be used by his parents for their purposes.

I just noticed another thing. For the subway car to be empty like that it means they're riding the train in the middle of the night. (Probably on the way to or going home from Chelsea or the West Village.) There are exceptions being on the end of the line or a smelly homeless person emptying a car but those are less likely.

The revelation from his sister make me wonder why Desmond was not taken away? After all it's not like CPS (or ACS as it's called in NYC) believe that Wendy is a great mother. She already has a bad mother cert, as proved by her other child being taken away. Something is not right here. Why would they take the daughter but leave the boy? Also wouldn't they ask the sister for opinion in case of ACS visit? I think
she would be able to help Desmond a lot.
If what she says it's true it would mean that the parents are ACS visits vets, and so posting the letter supposedly confirming that nothing is brewing is just for show. Call me optimistic, but I really, really hope that social services keep an eye on this family, and just wait for an opportunity to intervene.

Well, kids can be weird, too. It's not unheard of for kids to experience brief phases where they wonder about being the other sex, particularly after they just figure out the differences between them, possibly depending on which genders of siblings/parents they have access to and are close to, but in the overwhelming majority of cases, these are just that - phases. Not even really phases, just... underage brain farts.
But plenty of ammunition for Toddler Trooning to sick fuck parents.

A lot of government agencies are brain dead, but CPS may be the most brain dead of them all. When they get shit right it's almost by accident. Probably the fact that she has moved on to a new babydaddy essentially gives her a fresh start. I've seen that one.
