My spouse and I met on OKC, then again, we are both degenerates so it kind of proves that OKC is full of trash. There are a lot of Steph types on there, actually a metric fuckton... And a lot of actual troons... like, a LOT. I'm not exaggerating when I say out of my 90% matches and higher on that site (answered a lot of the questions back when I was an avowed tumblr sympathizer) most of them were troons either one way or the other... And if they weren't they weren't looking for wholesome relationships. I'm not surprised that she matched with 26 people already, women get more action on there and she's very obviously a woman (from her pics). On top of that, most OKC users are the absolute dregs of society, it's rare to find anyone who is actually worth talking to and when you do they typically won't answer because they clearly have better things going on than spending 24/7 on a dating site.

That being said, OKC is very lenient towards trans individuals, but an interesting feature they have on there is that you can set your gender to be pretty much whatever. Oddly enough though, they know that most people in the dating pool are looking for one gender or the other, so OKC allows you to choose whether you're in the "male" search results or the "female" search results. I don't know if they've changed it since my time on there (deleted my account years ago), but if they didn't that means our dear Steph had to label herself one way or the other, so I wonder which she picked? I'm surprised the whole experience wasn't absolutely traumatizing for her. I'm also curious if she signed up for the "A-list" feature, which allows you to see who likes you and add asinine search criteria so you can narrow down your one true fetish love. 1) No, she didn't mention it at all. She didn't care. She still doesn't care. Jesus Christ, I can't imagine being so uncaring of family that their death means nothing to me. It left no impact on her that he was dead. That's crazy.

2) You already know she does. She doesn't care about her mothers needs or emotions. If it doesn't benefit her in some way, it might as well not exist.

EDIT: It just occurred to me that if her parents had tried to make her attend the funeral or help with any aspect of this or even just had a big emotional reaction to this situation in her presence, she would have made a big stink on her mastodon about how they were clearly trying to kill her and wanted her dead and didn't care about her disabilities and spoons. So, considering the complete and utter lack of mention even in passing of how annoying the situation was for her or how it was cutting into her pin buying time...do you think her parents thought it over and decided to just disengage with her entirely during the funeral arrangements and grieving? Just completely left her to herself, and didn't bother to ask her to do anything or go anywhere related to the death?
