Him being an pedophile isn't confirmed nor proved, however what he said on Twitter and his jokes about pedophilia appears to be the same pattern that some other peoples in the 'secret' discord server did.

Squiddo is revealed to be an possible pedophile as well, despite him calling for pedos to be eliminated there was still an really underage, inappropriate tattoo on his leg. It was an character from Splatoon, and the drawing looked like an 6 year old girl, maybe 7. What the fuck.

In the meanwhile, someone who is on Resetera server but also is on NeoGAF has leaked some of the images inside the Discord server, however not too much to be seen here, just they talking about the server lockdown and such thing.

They're making the servers and such proofs/evidence very difficult for us to find, and I do mean any more of these concrete, real evidence if not any smoke-gun evidence. Squiddo has been permanently banned, not only that but his Twitter profile is now hidden.

I've seen the ResetEra people mention KiA and /v/ like 4 different times regarding the pedo-stuff. I don't know if they know this or not, but Reddit has some pretty strict personal information rules, and if KiA were to have those posts on their subreddit, they'd probably get shut down. Their actions should be not be taken as some sort of consensus opinion of KiA.

The 4chan /v/ mods are the same mods that basically started GamerGate by banning all the threads. Hiro had to come in and fight with the /v/ mods to allow posts about the NeoGAF implosion. So again, the /v/ mod actions should not be taken as some sort of /v/ user consensus opinion.

Instead, the response to Ms. Nakamura has been, well, right up there with how the crowd greeted Keanu Reeves. It doesn't hurt that Nakamura has some pretty good chops: background designer for Okami, concept designer and artist for Bayonetta and The Evil Within.
