I did some reading up on the lore and he's always been this way, whether it was the Arby's joke or his height, he's always been insecure. The thing is, he's always been fat, as far back as his youth he has been a porker, so you'd think he'd either finally do something about it (which he did briefly, although this was due to him being incarcerated and having fuck-all to do plus the threat of being an absolute bottom bitch probably cajoled him a bit as well), or just accept that he's a fat fuck and roll with the blows in jest, maybe even coming to own the meme when it was still blowing up. But if anyone has that audio where he's absolutely smashed going off on Knoxville, Godwinson, and Toad for the meme, I think that encapsulates how much that perturbed him.
They can all learn from Dick Masterson.
Dick Masterson is a good example how to do this sort of edgy troll-show correctly. Wish Ralph had learned something from him.

Or that we have lost the Gunt to the immaterium and Gator has to go to Nora to get the info. Since the Gunt is in the immaterium he will pop out like a fucking Space Hulk, spit out a few bad tweets then enter back into the Warp.

I remember a really funny Dick Masterson outburst on the Killstream against the Alt Right, essentially calling them idiots because they could never keep themselves in check long enough to build up anything worthwhile. Masterson doesn't look it but he's disciplined and acts like a professional.
