I see what the bs narrative they are going with. Apparently Now they wanna pretend that they want the rule 11 agreement for confidentiality because they want to protect "Victims" identities.
Yeah i call bullshit on that.

These bitches have nothing and are finally realizing their cucking is going to be ridiculed.

Edit - Didn't archive it because its from monica rial thread where its archived.
I hope they realize this just showed their hand. If this goes to court they will have to provide the identities and testimonies of these individuals. It will have to be public record in the trail. If they continue to insist they can't because of this then any other supposed victim will not be admissible.

Oh please please tell me somebody fired that straight at Shame. Hey shit weasel! MoRonica just confirmed Nick’s story!

As far as “protecting victims” yeah that’s pure BS. It’s these assholes that created this mess, and created the situation where the “victims” will be outed as a course of law. It is certainly not in Vic’s interest to protect the identity of his “secret accusers”, particularly those that he doesn’t know about.

Personally I think Nick is correct. They don’t have shit. They aren’t protecting names, because they don’t actually have any. Their whole mean girls house of cards is starting to collapse.

Isn't that the reason Ty asked for confidentiality in the first place?
The going theory is that Ty wanted one of two things.

He either wanted a confidentiality agreement that would only allow things entered into evidence for trial to be publicized.

Or, he wanted to make sure Vic was deposed after Monica and Ron.

It was believed that MoRon would file a TCPA right after Vic's deposition (but before theirs) which would put a freeze on further discovery and would allow MoRon up to 60 days to pick out embarrassing portions of the deposition out of context to further slaughter Vic's character.

Pretty bad plan that backfired quite nicely. After refusing, and making fun of, Vic's confidentiality agreement and REEEing about wanting everything public for months, THEY are the ones who demand one now for their discovery.
What did Camp KickVic say about Vic's request for confidentiality? Something something Skeletons in the closet, something something proves he's afraid. They're probably singing a different tune now.

I'm amazed by the fact that this thing is still going strong after all this time. We were told this would slow down a while ago, yet there's still shit happening every week.
Can't wait for Ty's response to their demand for confidentiality. I just can't believe that THAT is a proper/valid response for holding back discovery.

It SHOULD be slowing down, but it can be hard to predict excessive stupidity.

Okay, so this is an outright admission that they want a confidentiality agreement, and Shane, again, is Shane. Casey Erick is also now apparently Shane, contradicting themselves at every single turn. Playing these games this early in the case is going to reflect pretty negatively against them, especially considering they specifically said that they want everything public.

Isn't that the reason Ty asked for confidentiality in the first place?

No, they wanted the confidentiality agreement in order to stop a strategy that they saw coming, which was deposing Vic, then immediately filing TCPA, in which case they'd have free reign to release embarrassing information from the deposition. They still beat this strategy, just in a different, arguably better way, which was no confidentiality agreement and EVERYTHING will be made public.

It gets strange and quite suspicious. See here’s the thing, there are apparently 2 schools. Liberty University, Vic’s Alma Matter, and Liberty Christian Academy. A small Christian High School also founded by Jerry Falwell as part of the Thomas Road Baptist Church. This would be the school “Michelle” supposedly attended.

Now here’s where it gets interesting, and why it pays to research your lies before spitting them out on the internet. Currently Liberty Christian Academy is near Liberty University. But it only moved there in 2004! At the same time it was renamed to Liberty Christian Academy. The school Michelle would have gone to was named Lynchburg Christian Academy at the time, not Liberty.

See how the holes in this story start to build up? Yes they were both Falwell schools. But how many of uprefer to our high schools by a new name they renamed it to a decade after we graduated? Micheele’s Story seems to use Liberty University and Liberty Christian academy interchangeably? Without seeming to notice or realize they are different. It gives it all an aura of bullshit.
Is it possible the play or some aspect of the theater production happened at the University and not the high school? Unlikely I know but that's the only thing I could think of why she would refer to it that way. Your point makes perfect sense when it comes to naming the high school, as no one would use the new name for it after they graduated.

So much for this. Seems like Vic and his lawyers did pay a considerable amount of time and it was Casey and his Cuck Clients that while acting smug didn't realize they were signing a death sentence. :story:

Jesus Christ. Ty is 5 moves ahead in this game of 6D chess. It feels like that MoRon and Jamie have successfully gotten everyone put into a single corner. These gay ops leaks have the potential to do 4 months worth of damage in one week.
Well of course you're gonna be ahead of the game if the opposition is doing nothing but eating the pieces on the board like an autist.

Casey is lucky that a bad strategic choice is usually not considered to be actual malpractice, no matter how bad the choice or how terrible the result. He thought this was such a clever strategic move. Not looking so clever now is it?

Nevertheless, if MoRon has indeed requested a confidentiality agreement now via their lawyer after denying one when Vic and Ty made the request, I hope the judge puts his foot in all three of their asses for wasting the court's time with their bullshit.

Errr didnt that already come out in the first pile of papers or the first hearing that they wanted confidentiality....

No, originally Vic requested a confidentiality agreement to cover the depositions. MoRon rejected that request. Now Nick has hinted that MoRon has not fully complied with the discovery requests because they want a confidentiality agreement. If true, Casey's clients are jerking the court around, likely because they have pocket-lint and a pile of bullshit as their defense.

You don't have to have anything to do with anime to host a panel. I've hosted several panels about what media in general gets wrong about the military, and I have fuck-all to do with the anime industry. Usually someone at the convention is in charge of who runs what panel, and the convention head has final word on what goes or doesn't.

TL;DR: Matsuri ran the "It's For The Fans" panel because they fucking felt like it. Don't like it? Don't go to it.

They didn’t just reject the request. They vehemently argued against the request in front of the Judge. They filed a motion against the request. And their oh so clueless clients proceeded to use the very thought of a confidentiality request as an item to further sandbag and defame Vic via social media.

And for fucks sake, it’s not like we didn’t warn all the little fujoshi that this was the exact situation that Ron and Monica were inflicting on them. Not Vic, this is all 100% MoRonica. They seem to think the Twitter TOS and Moderator rules are what apply in a lawsuit. “It’s all about who gets the most likes!”

I honestly can’t believe how fucking stupid these morons are. Ty isn’t playing 6d chess. He’s barely playing checkers. He’s not doing any deep strategic moves. Simply reacting to and planning for clearly telegraphed stupidity. And after a few weeks of this you can tell what these morons are going to do next. It was easy to tell they would hand over “some” documents as pure theater, but would for some flimsy and spurious reason refuse to turn over they key stuff they are obligated to produce. They are that fucking transparent.

The split second KF looks into the half dozen names that eventually get coughed up, they'll cry about how terrible it was that someone is slandering and harassing those poor victims... who are involved in a public lawsuit... about slandering and harassing Vic.

It's a pretty good narrative trap, actually, as long as the people you're talking to are unaware of the behind-the-scenes maneuvering over the depo timings. And we only know about all that because Nick dove into boring documents and analysed arcane legal strategy for his streams. It's kind of sobering to realize how much of a scandal's story goes unheard when you don't have autists, educational lawyers, and nerds digging into the background.

We won’t have to look into them. MoRonica will be providing full unfiltered dox themselves.

Where was their concern for imaginary victims a couple months ago?
IIRC Ty mentioned this when he first pitched the confidentiality offer, the people named in the answers to interrogatories. They positioned both publicly (social media) and on the record in court that they wanted ALL of this to come out.

We (in general ISWV, Nick, Ty, KF, etc etc) all pointed this out months ago.

They (MoRon and representation) had these interrogatories MANY weeks ago. Is this simply them being morons or thinking that they'd never have to go through discovery or simply not thinking 1 move ahead in this chess game.

I am starting to become more convinced that BHBH is playing 4d inter-dimensional battlechess and MoRon are playing 4 square tic-tac-toe.

How do you screw this up SO badly if your strategy is unfolding the way you planned it?

Edit: Kind of cougared by @rogerdodger, leaving it stand though.

Ron is already crying on twitter about how the big bad farms will mess with the "victims" and even mentioned the courthouse shooter. They've lost the plot and are just grasping at anything to keep them from judgement.

The fact that most SJW-infested cons have "diversity", "inclusion", "decolonizing", etc panels by professional activists who bully (threaten) their way into these cons to have a platform to spread their politics without having anything to do with the actual community, I'll say fair is fair. At least Ty, Nick, TUG, and HH actually care about anime fans (HH is actually a level 3 weeb master so he is actually tied at the hip to the community; It's weird how they never bring him up. Really garbles the marbles ).

Reminder that there people on the KickVic's crowd that are literally shaming assault victims because they don't think like them

I love how this piece of shit doubles down on his hypocritical exceptional behavior

Someone can't tell the difference between "I doubt this happened" and "you wanted it".

Good sign of a liar caught in their lie, I reckon.

Just wait. You haven't seen tard cum yet. When those depositions come out... When we get closer to the trial. When they realize it's going to be a bunch of women handling this shit and not Ty Beard... When their arguments start to fall apart. When the Judge stops some stupid theatrics they want to pull. When this just keeps going on for another year or 3, despite Vic supposed to have been dead or exiled from polite society after the first month...

This is going to be epic as fuck.

I'm starting to think they never thought it would get this far and Vic would drop the case if they bluffed hard enough. I have a feeling they're going to file the TCPA before Vic is deposed to delay their own.
