Even if we were being incredibly generous and taking Monica at her word, these supposed victims would either need to testify in court or at the very least produce sworn affidavits that would be entered into the record. These people don't get to stay anonymous you dumb cow.
Fortunately we don't have to worry about this particular problem because none of these fucking people even exist.

I hope she realizes that the justice system, even in the case of defamation, does not work the way she thinks it does. With some exceptions it is almost impossible to prove something did not happen. And you can't put that burden of evidence on someone seeking damages from defamation, because you'd almost NEVER have a case. All they have to do is deny the accusations, you have to provide proof at that point that does a better job at showing it may have happened. And with the credibility on Monica's side basically tanked, good fucking luck.
This is the same reason the whole "we couldn't exonerate Trump" and acting like that means something did happen is such nonsense. You don't have documented recordings of everything that he's done over the past 10 years? No? Well then you don't have enough to prove something never happened. This is why innocent until proven guilty exists. Except all Vic has to do in this case is deny everything and tell THEM to prove otherwise. That's how it works.

The guy she is replying to says: "Nick Rekieta is claiming you withheld discovery evidence and are requesting a confidentiality agreement on discovery evidence before you provide all of it. Is this true?"
Her answer: "Nope. The only thing we are protecting are the names of the other victims who wish to stay anonymous."
So when she says "nope" she doesn't mean they didn't ask for a confidentiality agreement, she is just denying the reason they asked for it. Way to dodge the question. What a fat weasel. Can't wait to see her orbiters blatantly ignore what she's dodging.
