Why should you feel compassion about someone you've never met?
I don't hate the guy, but I'm not about to sit here and pretend that I'm suddenly concerned for his health when I've been laughing at his stupid ass shoot himself in the foot constantly.
If I were to actually give @theralph some advice that I believe would help him out of this situation, it'd be to first get to a hospital. There's no way in hell that he's coming off of this month-long (possibly longer) bender alive without medical intervention.

Dick is a person with relatively normal sensibilities, so I doubt he’s going to kick Ralph while he’s down. He’ll probably decline the invite and advise Ralph behind the scenes to “get help,” like a normal person would do.

The worst thing is lashing out at Gator. Dude seems like a legit friend. Even during that gator show he'd refused to talk shit about Ralph's nonsense. I hope he can find success either by Ralph getting his shit together or by doing a show himself. I'd prefer the ladder at this point.

I haven't watched Ralph's shit for something like +6 months until Dear Leader went on the with Gator stream. Holy shit, has Ralph's speech pattern changed. He has this lingering inflection of every last word in a sentence. "I'm not drunk-ahhhhhhh."
It's like a person trying to answer difficult questions the second, the very second, they wake up. The guy is so blasted outta his mind. I do find it funny he's saying "I was drunk all the time on my past streams".......very true, but he was functioning. The brain is just mush now.
I'll give him credit, this is the most interest I've had in his streams in a long time.

Psychology, really.
A lot of these YouTube personalities who engage in constant drama mongering and the like see themselves in the people they ridicule. They have low self-esteem, a low impression of their self-worth, and they do everything they can to throw attention off of their own misdeeds onto others. When it came to Tonka, for example, they made countless memes and comments about how he was abusing oxy and meth, how because he claimed to be a Native American he fit the stereotype of the lazy, drunk indian. Eight months later, we find out Andy is stealing pain pills from his sister, actively looking for drugs in Knoxville; likewise, Ralph is a confirmed alcoholic/drunk who drank every day to the point it was an addiction and he couldn't do his usual stuff without it.
If you look at almost anyone from the IBS circle (Tonka, Cog, Schmeckle, Ralph, Andy, Geek, etc.) to a T they are incapable of accepting criticism against them. They boil it down to, "Your criticism is invalid because you don't like me/aren't a successful YouTuber/my audience or hugbox says you're wrong". This is similar with the SJW clique, skeptics, MRAs, etc. If you didn't have a good head on your shoulders before your YouTube 'career' took off, you carry it with you, and it only becomes worse because you convince yourself that YouTube likes and Twitter followers mean you're something special, and you're quick to sick people on those that disagree with you or call you out on your bullshit. They were used to being bullied in school, became the bullies to a larger audience on YouTube, and then when they felt they were being bullied again they tried to hide from it by convincing themselves their YouTube persona and success had to mean they were right.
