I wonder what Soren thought when Russ banned him? I’m sure he’s known that Russ was falling off the deep end for a while, and he’d backed away for the most part. But he checked in from time to time, never confrontationally, just asked a question he hoped could bring Russ to the surface.

When he was banned, I’m he didn’t cry or do more than shrug his shoulders, but did he then realize Russ was fully immersed in his made-up world, never to return?

I imagine Soren meeting him was a good kid on this mission and maybe seeing somebody who was starting to go off-track. Being nice, he may have thought he could help but slowly realized nothing he or anybody could break through. I don’t see him as a laugher but probably sad that what little tenuous grasp on reality Russ had is now lost

I have no doubt that Soren knew they would likely get rage-blocked by Russ for speaking up. He was likely so sick and tired of Russhole's lies, narrative twisting, victim complex, and general bullshit that he figured it would be worth the block to call him out. Frankly, I can't blame him. Besides, it's not like he will never be able to keep up on Russhole's plights anymore. He can always come here to see what new scheme or asinine bullshit Russ has been posting to have a laugh.

D'awww! Isn't that sweet? Russ still believes that when someone tells him they like his script/song/dance/whatever because they don't want to see a tard throw a fit, that they actually mean it! In addition, even if he has Average joes tell him it’s fine, it needs to be assessed by PROFESSIONALS. For story, dialogue, casting, funding, a thousand other things. Even best selling authors need to have professional screenwriters adapt their work for the screen. Russ the local janitor can’t just half ass some shit between trips to hookers and expect it to go straight to big screen with Gyllenhaal starring it.
