Instead of sawing off most of his nose, blaire should have considered some jaw shaving; it's always the first thing i notice and ugly nose aside, the biggest thing that signals "troon" (until you hear his voice)

I mean, some men are violent, so does BlaireWhat happened to the whole mantra about NOT using physical violence against people you disagree with, Blaire?
I dunno. What happened to the distinction between feeling an urge and acting on it?What happened to the whole mantra about NOT using physical violence against people you disagree with, Blaire?
It's so cringy when Kalvin and Blaire feel the need to "prove" that their partners are "straight" to validate their gender identity.

I'm no great fan of Blaire, but your argument here doesn't seem good to me. There are plenty of legitimate criticisms of Blaire White; let's not muddy the waters with bad ones.
You can tell Blaire is using hyperbole to express her shock and isn't being serious. She hasn't been consistent with what she's been preaching, which is why I am criticizing.
She's said that using violence because of a disagreement with someone is wrong (which is a sentiment I fully agree with). In this video, because it's a cringy TERF, Blaire openly says "I'd get into a fight with this person" and "she needs to be slapped." It's a full contradiction of a lot of the things she's been telling her audience, if you ask me.
Leah Tverly is such low hanging fruit
Neither one of them put in real effort to use therapy to fix their gender dysphoria.
Neither of them consider the fact that they could have out grown their gender dysphoria had they not started transing at a young age.
She makes herself into low hanging fruit by acting gross and weird online. It's like she is going out of her way to become a stereotype of the angry militant feminist. If you were honest you would also point out the fact that Leah Tverly has consistently been showing up in Kalvin Garrah's comment section to spew TERF agitprop. Kalvin only made a video about Leah Tverly because Leah felt the need to show up in his comment section to attack transitioners. I highly doubt Kalvin would have ever paid attention to Leah if she had not sought him out first.
How do you know this? Have you ever watched the rest of Kalvin's videos? Kalvin said that he has had persistent cross-gender identification ever since he was a little girl and gave examples of this - like having mostly male friends and taking her shirt off to go topless with the boys because she didn't understand at the time that girls are not supposed to go topless with their male friends, she did it because she assumed herself to be another boy amongst the boys. I know TERFs do not consider that a valid reason for transitioning (because all transitions are bad and wrong and a capitulation to the patriarchy according to TERFs) but I thought I'd point out that Kalvin was not a case of ROGD like so many others we see nowadays. I know TERFs believe every single HSTS early transitioner is an ROGD case (just like they believe every adult transitioner is an AGP pedophile pervert), but that was not the case here.
This statement shows that you have no idea what you're on about. Blaire did not transition as a teenager. Blaire transitioned as an adult at 21. If you had bothered to read some of the stuff in this thread before posting you'd already know this. I know you don't care about the details of people's transitions because you believe all transitions are wrong and bending over for the patriarchy, but don't come in here posting stuff that's plainly untrue.
ROGD is not the only bad reason young women transition. She's a butch lesbian just like others have mentioned. She's exactly what she looks like: a butch lesbian.Anyone wanna guess who the bleeps are?
I am guessing Maya.
Two people in the comments think otherwise: "I think at 8:22 she says Laverne and Carmen, as in Laverne Cox and Carmen Carrera."
This is Carmen Carrera, a former RuPaul's Drag Race contestant:

Good lord, she fucked up her nose so bad. Her nose was completely fine before. Honestly, the nose looks SO unnatural that it "harshes out" the rest of her features, making her look more masculine ... Especially without makeup.
I also think that Blaire has been pretty obsessive about losing weight, and it definitely shows in her face. Having a little bit of weight would do better for her face, in my opinion.
I actually saw the Jaclyn Glenn video and thought the same thing. Everything post nose job for Blaire has highlighted how manly she still looks. Her YT channel is a course on catfishing at this point, and it's funny how she talked so much shit about other trannies on YT, just to end up the same.
Decided to give this a look and the difference between the vid on her channel, the vid on Jaclyn's and the vid on Eve's is evident.
Leah Tverly is such low hanging fruit, I knew Blaire and Kalvin would eventually make a video about her since both of them have zero creativity or originality in their content. Don't they realize they're giving Leah exactly what she wants? You think Leah is crying about all the new views her videos are getting as a result of these videos making fun of her?
Anyway, Blaire and Kalvin made a colab video about transitioning:
Kalvin and Blaire talk about how straight people can be attracted to transgender people and still be straight. Kalvin says that her girlfriend is straight and only attracted to men. Kalvin's logic is that since her girlfriend only dated biological men before her, not only is it proof that her girlfriend is straight, but it also implies that Kalvin also looks like a man. I'm sorry, but Kalvin does not look nor sound like a man in any way. She looks like a butch lesbian... because that's what she is. When Kalvin tries hard from certain angles, you might say she looks like a guy, but only if she doesn't move or talk. Once she's in motion and/or talking, there's no way you'd confuse her for a guy. Sorry Kalvin, but you're one of those transmen that didn't get a deep voice or masculization from taking T. Your girlfriend is either a lesbian or bisexual, and that's fine.
Blaire does the same thing and claims that Joey is straight because he only dated biological women before dating Blaire. While I think Blaire passes better than Kalvin, at the end of the day Blaire still has a dick, so no, Joey isn't straight. He's bi or a gay guy that likes really feminine men, which is completely fine. It's so cringy when Kalvin and Blaire feel the need to "prove" that their partners are "straight" to validate their gender identity.
Also, it's so cringy the way Kalvin and Blaire act like they are better than transtrenders, claiming that transtrenders are giving REAL transgender people a bad reputation. I'll give them both credit to the fact that they both don't like putting kids on hormone blockers, but that's about it. In the end, they're still two insecure gay people who drank the trans koolaid back when this movement started. Neither one of them put in real effort to use therapy to fix their gender dysphoria. Neither of them consider the fact that they could have out grown their gender dysphoria had they not started transing at a young age. Nope, they both "suddenly realized" they were transgender when they were teenagers and they both pumped their bodies full of hormones. They're both wasting large sums of money to butcher their bodies permanently in a futile attempt to mimic the opposite sex.
What's worse is the fact that Kalvin and Blaire are both promoting this shit to their young audience and they think that it's fine. They both pretend that their repackaged transgender nonsense is fine because it's less obnoxious compared to the transtrenders of tumblr, but in the end, they're still using their platform to steer impressionable and confused kids down a harmful route with severe and permanent consequences.
Well said. Also it's sad to me that for a lot of people, "successfully" being trans so obviously hinges on other people's validation and attraction. ("It's MA'AM!")
And it's interesting that Blaire seems to believe that MtFs aren't really "being/doing" trans if they don't pursue a certain aesthetic, specifically the extreme Eden and Blaire "ladyboy blow-up doll" aesthetic. All of this trans stuff is kind of a contradictory mindfuck to me, but Blaire seems to view herself as the arbiter of transness, which is silly considering that biological women typically don't look or dress like her on the daily unless they're literal sex workers and/or Courtney Stodden.
Blaire passes well in still photos. In videos he acts more like a gay man.

I don't know a whole lot about Kalvin since I don't watch his content outside of the occasional video. I didn't know his backstory on how he became trans but after reading your synopsis, yeah no. Just because you prefer the company of males and want to do things that they do (go to the beach topless, have boy-cut hairstyles, etc.), it doesn't make you a boy. It's pretty obvious that Kalvin was a victim of the strict gender norms pushed onto people, especially when they're young. Feminine guys have it rough growing up but so do masculine girls. Parents, peers, friends (sometimes), and facilities like school can be very harsh or disapproving of when a gender norm is broken and must be shut down. Think about the young boy who wants to have long hair, wear a dress, or wear a dress. The reaction he'd get from his parents is that it's not normal and he needs to stop. And on the girl's end it's usually the mother who is not too keen on her daughter being too masculine. She won't let her daughter cut her hair to look like a guy's hairstyle or she'll make her dauughter wear a dress to places like Church or a family gathering even if she would rather wear pants or yes, it being socially acceptable for her to go to the pool or beach topless
I can't help but feel this kind of stuff plays a part into people thinking they must be trans because they get reprimanded for breaking the gender norm expected of them and they internalize all the negativity they can get from breaking it and thus come out as trans to justify their want to be feminine (guys) or masculine (girls).
Well, his parents were always very supportive and from my understanding were the type that goes "Oh, yeah, we always knew that"... I mean from what I remember he was on T at 16-17 and got his um... breast tissue removed at 18 y/o and both parents were there every step of the way, going as far as helping him film before and after the surgery. When you look at his pre-transition pictures as a girl they had long hair and dressed normie with a hint of tomboy and from what I remember he has always claimed it was this way because he was trying hard to accept his assigned sex.
From what I understand he went to a pretty liberal school... And this is where it gets a bit weird. He claims there were, like, I remember it was about 10 FTM transgender people in his school but maybe more. So after a period in this school he transitions socially and then goes on TikTok/Musicly/Whateverthefuck and is exposed to this, clique you could say, of hundreds of other FTM trans people - again all in the same age group. I don't know, I find it really weird - ROGD comes to mind, like it or not.
Another thing that made me pause is that he has a twin sister - which in itself means nothing but it makes you thunk. For one how he presented her on his channel and how they communicated - I remember it was a bit weird. He talked and showed his parents and you could tell they were close, etc. but showed her even after his pet reptiles on his channel out of nowhere - the whole thing was awkward enough to make me think it may have affected him in someway but that's speculation based on memories of a video for what it's worth.
I don't know how to feel abou this all, because I really wish I could say I support "real" trans people. It has become a social issue and I always prefered being on the "let's find real answers before we do something radical" side of the argument... That's what society is for - making sure we don't let people fuck up and keep them accountable so we don't ruin the future of said society.
But if even the "sceptic/conservative trans community" makes you pause so often, that leads to the question - who/where are the "real" trans people we could support and who we want to respect?
Meh, it's late, whatever.

I watched some of Kalvin's videos and he would also agree with your notion somewhat. He said that just because you act feminine/masculine, doesn't mean that you're female/male. He would display his painted nails as a sign that he's not completely masculine. I do sometimes question some of his behavior though, as he sometimes comes off like a woman when he gets all snappy.I don't know a whole lot about Kalvin since I don't watch his content outside of the occasional video.
