The Meyer case seriously looks like Mark Waid is going to blow every single penny he owns going completely insane obstructing it, including lunatic interlocutory appeals.

I hope Nick is paying attention to the insanity.

This is what is known as "Going Full Waid". Whatever he doesn't blow on legal fees he will physically smash as he destroys all his little toys.

They can spin it however they want to all of their sycophants online, but at the the end of the day they're unlikely to appeal and the judge will issue a ruling explaining exactly why their usual Twitter bullshit doesn't actually fly in a court of law.

I'm not even the judge and I'm hearing this and I'd advise Casey to tell the clients to settle immediately. We might actually see a judge quite literally go ape shit on Casey for the sheer incompetence displayed.

Edit: Jesus Christ, why in the hell did any of these people settle? Like geez this is very, very damaging.
