great evidence, had he actually saved the messages and could prove it was an employee. did i say great? i meant inconsequential
e: oh i made the mistake of believing chris when he said they were told not to contact each other. so it's completely pointless, got it.

"Eh... Chris, we know you stole merchandise, we seriously need you to return it ASAP"
"Oh, by the way, if you don't repy to these messages, we'll deal with 'em in court, see ya"

Wonder why decided to let this be known if it's been weeks... guess he received or made a call?

But they contacted him before the court order, right?
the judge probably told chris to stay away from gamestop and any employee, and he probably took that to mean that gamestop had the same restrictions placed upon their employees. but as posted above, unless one of the gamestop employees were there for that hearing, i don't know how they would know that.

Does anyone actually believe the bit about "each other"? I mean unless some representative from gamestop was present at the arraignment, and I can guarantee they weren't, the judge wouldn't have told them anything.

Nor would he have even had one of them been present. People don't need to be told to stay away from Chris. Most people do it voluntarily.

The logical thing to do would be to listen to the messages, rather than just mark them as listened to. What if they're offering him an opportunity to sort this out and not press charges? Listening to the messages doesn't make him guilty of breaching the order.

That would be like a story by O. Henry.

I can see Chris having an outburst in court about how they should be punished for this severe injustice inflicted upon his person.

This. Chris takes every opportunity to throw blame around, and that piled onto the 'tism probably has him thinking that the order goes both ways since he was OBVIOUSLY WRONGED AND SPOOKED BY BLUE ARMED SUPPORTING JERK MALE TROLL BULLIES.

Pro tip: It's more than likely just a one-way order to protect more innocent Gamestop employees from getting maced by a fucking crossdressing idiot.
