Chris seems confident as if the judge favors him for saying "DON'T CALL ANYBODY!" or intentionally come into physical contact. Nevermind the fact he can't be in contact with them either, or that it's standard practice for attorneys to deal with that kind of stuff.

We're talking about somebody who goes to Walmart he's knowingly banned from right after being arrested. What's going to be his excuse when he trespasses the mall again? Snorlax wanted that fridge from Sears, and made Chris get it like her medication?

Next time a Gamestop employee calls, he should pepper spray his iPhone.

I had a similar thought when I first saw this. How hard is it to spoof a location and number on a caller ID? It's a bit elaborate but I could easily see some weens think they're hardcore by pretending to be GameStop and calling Chris to tell him to come back to the store to get his Skylander figurine he wanted so he can get in another incident there. I could further see several weens having the same idea.

It sounds crazy but it's been done before. Scores of people have impersonated people from Chris's past, to the point where Chris was talking to four different people he thought were Megan who were telling Chris that the other Megans he was talking to were the fake ones and they were the real ones.

Well that's completely retarded. First of all, Chris undoubtedly misheard: It makes sense that the court would ban him from contacting them, but not vice versa.

Secondly, the fact that he didn't listen to the voice mails means nothing, especially if he marked them as read anyway (therefore making it entirely up to his word that he didn't listen to them). But it doesn't matter either way, because it doesn't incriminate the other party in any way at all.

Thirdly the message (as other people have pointed out) was probably just a courteous reminder that he is to stay away from the store, and not jeering or anything threatening.

Fourthly I believe this is just a result of Chris realising how fucked he is for the trial (entirely through his own actions) and now he's desperately searching for even the tiniest bit of evidence to portray himself in a better light. I weep for his state-appointed attorney.

I've never had reason to do it, but it is trivially easy. Jimmy Kimmel found a third-party service that allowed him to spoof his relatives, posing as each other, and bragged about it on his late night show. Expect epic weenery in the next few days.

This really goes to show how Bell earned his lawyering monies - by keeping a tight gag and a short leash on OPL. Now that Chris is crazier, with a fuck-it-all attitude and with a lesser-caliber counsel, I fully expect this round in court to be much more interesting than the first.

Nowhere on the voice mail list does it show the number that called, just the contact name.

He could then just put the actual number back in his contact list under the same name, and take another screenshot.

I only say this because it seems a little suspicious that he would do all of this for proof, then conveniently delete the voice mails. Not to mention the fact they seem to have called him not long after midnight, and what Gamestop would even be open then? Unless that is the message length, I don't have an iPhone so I don't know.

The logical thing to do would be to listen to the messages, rather than just mark them as listened to. What if they're offering him an opportunity to sort this out and not press charges? Listening to the messages doesn't make him guilty of breaching the order.

I wouldn't say misheard, more he just came to that conclusion himself. he's good at that.

Much like the Snyder case, Chris doesn't seem to grasp the fact that he's a defendant and he and other entity are not on equal footing.
I reckon he believes a court hearing is like a teacher sorting out an argument at school; they'll ask who started it and the loser gets into trouble.

I also think he's grasping onto this belief for the same reasons he did during the Adam Stackhouse saga; The other guy violated the rules (in Chris's eyes), therefore Chris wins by default.
It's just a shame that it didn't work back then and it sure as shit aint going to work now.
