T. Greg Doucette / Thomas Gregory Doucette / greg_doucette / TGDLaw / fsckemall / lawdevnull / TDot - Super Lawyer, Failed Politician, Captain of The Threadnought, Drowning in Debt

So has it been answered yet as to how Craig has this a day early? I can't imagine Funimation's legal team is actually giving him this stuff.
Nothing official yet. It wasn't filed, so it's not on publicly accessible REsearchTX. (Besides, to download the documents you need to pay for them, and as we all know Douchette needed to crowdfund a CPAP).

Maybe Funimation's team might have given notice to the other defendants. And from there Ron might've leaked it to Douchette. (Which is hilarious, since the bankrupt lawyer is apparently replacing Shane as the legal face of KickVic. Guess they wanted someone who could stand up to Nick).

WRONG!!!!!!
Samuel Johnson IS a Super Lawyer:
Well then. I will take the L, but only because there's a better chance that we can laugh at Jamie's filings, too.

I will say, though, that his filing was nowhere near as mom's spaghetti as Casey's was. Might we have a competent super lawyer?

My dude. Bruh. What the fuck are you sayin'? I've never heard a lawyer, in all of my days, say anything is ever a certainty. That's antithetical to being a lawyer. How the shit are you going to weasel word your way out of 100%? And you wanted to be a politician! Will the ineptitude ever end?

I'm pretty sure there were times where he was operating on the assumption one would be filed.

Ty has been stating from the very beginning he expected one. It was literally the first thing BHBH discussed in team meetings because it's quite simply just what you do in response to a defamation case because they invariably are going to impact First Amendment issues.

Anyone who thinks Ty is surprised by this has shit for brains.

If any lawyer came to me and told me anything was 100%, I'd find another lawyer ASAP.

That, to me, REEKS of ignorance. The fact that in no-way-shape-or-form can he see any avenue in which he might be wrong, is enough to tell me that he either has a VERY narrow scope of knowledge in the subject matter and actually believes he's right, or he's trying to sell me a bridge.

Unless you're the damn judge overseeing the case, absolutely nothing is 100% certain - and even THEN, there are appeals. What an absolute masterclown

In all honesty Greg could become a politician if he wasn't in a historically democratic district, he checks off many requirements:
-Easy to bribe
-On the wrong side of the IQ bell curve
-Smart enough to take advantage of whatever idiots put him in a position of authority
But it just shows how much of an idiot he is for being a Republican and running for a political office in his district.

Facts. I'm not surprised they're celebrating early but it's like none of them listened to the strategy that was revealed months ago by Ty and Nick on YouTube. They're expecting a TCPA. The question is when and who?

Edit: Uncle Fester is still on that downward spiral.

not to be late and/or gay to this but, is it confirmed that this is really him and not just some douche using a lawer's name and image to roleplay and cheerlead kickvic? I've seen so much fake shit that I'm seriously doubting these superlawyers on twitter are the same people they claim to be IRL.

They're verified to be them.

I'm not sure if it's that anyone has realized what an absolute moron this man is or whether he just Googleshngs all day like Jake Alley to the point people can't put up with it any more. It's amazing that to name anyone with as pathetic a social media presence at this dude, you literally have to go to the Western version of a hikikomori shut-in like Jake Alley.

Yeah even a straight forward open and shut case there's only a 54.16% chance of success at trial since you need 5 jurors out of 6 to vote in your favor, and then the judge has the authority to overturn the jury verdict unilaterally which is currently being challenged before the Texas Surpreme Court presently.

And that is assuming BOTH sides have done everything correctly, procedurally. All it could take is a missed step, and that could unravel even the most legendary of slam dunk cases.

Which is EXACTLY why Vic passed on other law firms before Nick referred him to Ty. I haven't heard from our honorary Amazon how the other firms were like, but we can all agree by now that BHBH takes ABSOLUTELY NO CHANCES and deviously plan their next moves. Maybe a good lawyer could see their plan and sort of manuever their plans to cushion the blow, but instead, we have the league of exceptional gentlemen on board, so…

Alone the thought that Vic could have ended up with one of those DFW special needs kids Superlolyers as his legal counsel makes me shiver in agony.

Has Akiva Cohen, blessed be his immense wisdom, already said something about Funi's TCPA?

For someone who opts to not use his first name like Ty does, this Thomas Greg Doucette guy certainly likes to poke fun at Ty's name.
