My dude. Bruh. What the fuck are you sayin'? I've never heard a lawyer, in all of my days, say anything is ever a certainty. That's antithetical to being a lawyer. How the shit are you going to weasel word your way out of 100%? And you wanted to be a politician! Will the ineptitude ever end?
The Douche acts like Ty never expected them to file this and has done no preparation for it. In one of his earliest streams Nick said they were already preparing for this to happen. Douche also has no idea what kind of info Ty has to rebut this. Ty may well have private communications sent from Ron or from FUNI to cons pressuring them into canceling Vics appearances. Nobody knows what all Ty has, least of all Greg.

That's really weird, the cucks and mister T. Dreg are acting like this is some sort or revelation and that Ty and Nick were saying that there won't be any TCPA at all. That's clearly not the case. Nick was saying that even Casey could file TCPA, but the judge is probably going to be pissed. At no point Nick said that "There won't be TCPA"

You can't expect the whole of the Twitter law dropout squad to have enough comprehension to understand the difference between those things. Besides, at this point I'm fairly certain that Greg, Cohen and Dunceford have been paid to attack the case... Popehats contribution of ego stroking aren't helping either, does he have his own thread somewhere?

I love how Popehat tried to frame it that people (Nick) claimed that a TCPA couldn't be filed. The judge stated that no TCPA would be filed until AFTER the depositions. :story:

Jesus christ these people must think everyone not named themselves are breathing out of a plastic bag.

I haven't read Popehat's TL for over a year, but it looks like his hatred for Trump has broken him. He used to be amusing, but now he's just boring.

Shit we knew months ago is always an amazing revelation to these stupid motherfuckers because they have the attention span of gnats.

These guys are so slow they are literally months behind. How long did it take them to figure out that Nick isnt Vics lawyer? How long did it take them to remember that Vic is the plaintiff, not the defendant? Hell I'm just going to assume that months from now they'll finally realize what the whole TCPA discovery games BS was all about. When theyre wrapping their heads around that, we'll be discussing how well the trial went lul

I came here just to state how absolutely pathetic this man is. For a super lawyer, he sure does have a lot of time to spend twiddling his thumbs on Twitter.

Nick has said in the past that he knew he's going to get doxed eventually so I assume he's prepared for it.

Looks like he lives in the middle of bumfuck nowhere. I don't even think they deliver pizzas there.

If anyone is particularly worried about some asshole sending something in the mail, they already had his publicly listed business address and could have done that ages ago.

And it's not like some weirdo could case the house without it being painfully obvious.

His home is a pretty good spot to wait out a zombie outbreak.
