Like seriously, merge the weeks that have gone by into one video and call it a day. If she doesn't disclose what life has been like, she can't fault people for making assumptions. She's the one who's choosing to delay updates and yet she tries to hold people accountable for not knowing information that she's withholding.
Also, people would be more apt to believe that the video was "so hard for her to upload" if she didn't tease it for weeks like a season premier special. She knew what she was doing. Just like they know that the therapist isn't a incompetent shrink just because she's from Kentucky, but because of the quick diagnoses. Yet focusing on red herrings is so much easier.
