He's a licensed lawyer in a different state, just not Texas. He's attempting to get admitted in a manner that doesn't really require him to know TX law, but will let him say he's a "Texas lawyer" and therefore knows better than, say, Rackets. Or at least I assume that's his game.

And this is for some reason worth nearly a grand? I'm beginning to see why the dude is bankrupt.

You know what he could do that would cost less than a grand? Actually look up the elements of a cause of action before making a fool of himself getting it wrong, literally months into the suit.

This strikes me as the lolyer equivalent of crowd funding an oil change.

The utter lack of self awareness, or alternately the lack of a sense of shame, is extra-exceptional.

Perhaps I'm giving him too much credit, but he just might be able to scam money out of these thirsty fucks so he can back up his tweet spergery by saying, "I am Able to practice law in Texas. See? See?" Apparently that's good enough for the dopamine addicts on twitter. Too bad it means absolutely nothing.

edit: come to think of it, he will basically become precisely what KV constantly accuses Rackets of being-an inept online "lawyer".
