He's betting he doesn't have to take it. Texas can elect to exempt practicing lawyers from other states who have actively practiced law for 5 of the past 7 years, and take a small bridge course. This is of course pure arrogant stupidity. Texas has one of the more distinct structure of laws in the US. While nowhere near as bad as say Louisiana, It's not a place you can just walk into and expect to not get slapped down immediately. My bet is the first Texas court room this clown shows up in he gets read the right act from a pissed off Judge, who will less than politely suggest he go back to Law School and bother to take the Texas Bar. But that's probably me being :optimistic:

Greg is one of those people who makes any team he's a part of less productive. He'll just waste other lawyers time with his exceptional shit, terrible knowledge of the law, and various problems he creates. The MoRonica legal defense team is starting to resemble one of those funny little cars that clowns spill out of.
