He can crowdsource his Internet connection so he can watch Nick's video in which was explained the difference between tortious interference with an existing contract and tortious interference with prospective business relationship, something explained very early on in the case (before it was filed). Shane was considered dumb for not grasping the difference but this guy still doesn't.

I’ve often wondered “why aren’t lawyers, like, boarded in every state? Wouldn’t that be useful?”

Among other things, this case has taught me how different each states laws are. Ostensibly this is something twitter lawyers know as well, yet here we are.

Same reason cops arent. The laws of Each state vary to the point that yes I did lateral between states but I had to take between 40 and 80hrs of continuing education on the state laws of the state I was coming to. Being an officer or a lawyer is basically the same in each state but the specifics will vary

No, no, he took it down. After making like, over $6000 more than he asked for, I believe. Don't remember the exact number, it's somewhere in this thread, maybe I'll look for it later, can't be assed to right now. And all it took for him to take it down was people pointing it out how stupid he looked calling Nick a grifter, while he was still raking in dough from a goal that had long since been met.

I was about to ask why any sane person who was planning on funding that would put down their hard earned money after seeing he already met his goal, but then I remembered that we're in a situation where this GFM was even made in the first place. This plot is insane.

Ok, no, but serious question, because I'm not Unitedstater and have no real grasp on how much is 1k dollars worth. But. How poor for a lawyer he has to be to not be able to afford a bar exam? Like. Just exactly how bad is he to not earn enough to get licenced? Because if I calculate correctly it's worth more or less working 40hrs/week for 8$/hr for 3 weeks. So the job that requires no skills except for good grip on the hose and sponge. The kind of job the high school kids go for, right? He clearly has time to do that job judging by his twitter stats. And he does that out of spite because somebody injured his ego.

So. Just how pathetic he is that he has no shame in crowfunding and showing his arse while it would be below his level to find that extra job to AFFORD the fee on his own. What a shameless dishonest honorless bald turd. I hope he fails just like he deserves to.

I honestly hope he gets his goal, and I sincerely hope that he has to take the Texas bar exam. I also sincerely hope he tries to practice law in Texas, and has to e-beg for plane tickets so he can appear in court.

That's not to mention that even a high-end CPAP machine would be ~$700, and the goal he established was well over that much. On top of the fact that he didn't close the GFM for months and made several times that. The most expensive CPAP machine I could Google listed the price as $2,071, but then you click on it, and you find that you could get one of those not on sale for $650.
