Ooooh boy I hope this is a gooder.
Is JY back living with mom?!
Sounds like the other way around, but looks like they're living with each other again. Note he's back with his dog, too.

Disappointed to hear he wasn't standing on his balcony naked threatening to end it all due to stress ofWell drama is over. Cops left pretty quick, more resources wasted!
Please to the best of your ability note every time the police or emergency people are at the condo for Yaniv.Well drama is over. Cops left pretty quick, more resources wasted!

if they turned him away and then Yaniv fell through the cracks only to resurface later as a snaggle toothed tranny crack whore committing petty crime and shooting up dope,
RCMP just rolled up to the building talking to Miriam. I'll watch and let you guys know.

I fundamentally do not understand this dance the tribunal is doing. Even the most transitioned trans woman does not have ovaries, a cervix, and a uterus. It is biologically impossible for a trans woman to menstruate. I don't even understand how it would be offensive to pretend otherwise. They're using pronouns, they're treating Yaniv like the woman he claims to be...is it really necessary to stoop to this level of delusion and pretend any of this is remotely in the realm of possibility?
This is why these tribunals are a joke. Well, one reason out of a thousand, but honestly, that there's likely some by-law stating they must adhere to Yaniv's story about having periods to avoid committing further offense just invalidates any ruling they might make. A judgment must be founded on the grounds of reality, otherwise it's just, "well, who has the most hurt feelings here?". You can't logically deconstruct insanity. That's part of the definition.
400+ pages since last November and still counting. Did it all begin with the the failure of 'National Sex Day 2008' ? Perhaps we'll never know for certain.![]()
Seriously, this fucking potato is now threatening kids?!
Damn, I’m not usually one for cowtipping, but someone should forward this to his neighborhood management.
What kind of lawyer has he that hasn't gagged his social media for duration of tribunal?
I think by this point it's fairly clear that Yaniv can say whatever the fuck he wants and that they'll only take it into account if it will benefit him in some way. There's an awful lot of online fuckery sourced from him that they're blithely ignoring. What kind of lawyer has he that hasn't gagged his social media for duration of tribunal?
A question for the British Columbians here:
Is it possible to be dropped from the MSP for any reason - like, perhaps, overuse? - or to remain under MSP but to be charged more for using services beyond a specified limit?
I ask because of Miriam Altman-Yaniv's shouts of "$500" at the BCHRT hearing when she seemed to say she'd rather pay that than see her son die.
The British Columbia Emergency Health Services website says, "While ambulance service fees are not an insured benefit under the BC Medical Services Plan (MSP) or the Canada Health Act, fees are heavily subsidized for persons with a valid BC Care Card who are covered by MSP (known as MSP beneficiaries)." Typically the charge is $50 if an ambulance is requested but transportation is not required and $80 if transport is required. (Those who receive Income Assistance or MSP Premium Assistance are not charged.) But:

That $530 flat fee for ground transportation got me to wondering if Yaniv lost coverage or exceeded what MSP subsidizes. Is that possible?
To me, it seems unlikely that a family that uses health care so frequently would fail to pay their monthly premiums, especially since premium assistance is offered and Miriam worked in hospital admitting and would know how to navigate MSP.
Yet Miriam's yowling seems to point to exactly that - Jonathan Yaniv now pays per ambulance run? Educate me.
Unrelated Yanivery so I don't double post:
1 - The JCCF attorney seems to have wanted it on the record that Yaniv was not submitting complaints purely because he himself had been harmed directly by discrimination - the situation envisioned by BCHRT rules. Rather, Yaniv says he was testing service providers on behalf of an unnamed friend. The JCCF attorney also seems to have wanted it on the record that when doing that testing, Yaniv lied. Maybe these points will matter going forward.
2 - The smear technique that Georgios Papanikolaou pioneered has been used for decades to test for cancerous cells in the anus and urethra as well as on the cervix.
That the use of the technique would be extended to vaginoplasty patients is a no-brainer.Description of a Pilot Anal Pap Smear Screening Program Among Individuals Attending a Veteran's Affairs HIV Clinic, AIDS Patient Care and STDs, Mar 31, 2011

NONE of that applies to Yaniv who said he got a referral for a pap test because as a woman he was entitled to one. He was again shopping for opportunities to bring complaints and collect rewards, whether in monetary or publicity form. A gynecologist today appears to have blocked that gambit, at least until Jonathan puts his Magic Meany Schemey Hat back on.

Papanikolaou, by the way, arrived in the U.S. as a jobless immigrant and flunked out at selling rugs on his first day on the job. If Yaniv's rules had applied, Papanikolaou would have been thrown back on the first boat to Greece. Instead, he was allowed to work his way into a position to save millions of lives, with that total ever climbing upward.
No, everyone in BC is entitled to health care. However, the program it’s referencing is called premium assistance and is reserved for low income/persons on disability and a lot of things are subsidized including some prescriptions, paramedical and likely ambulances.
JY CAN be flagged for abuse of the ambulance system and I’m sitting back waiting for it to happen.
