The use of “xxx” is confusing but I’m sure being done for privacy issues so that the goingkeel won’t get banned. It appears Jonathan has claimed to have two strokes already today, and has his mommy in agonies with worry about her poor, sick wittle boy.

I'd agree about the privacy considerations. From context in the latest wave of tweets, "XXX" appears to be used for a couple of purposes in order for goinglikeelsie to comply with the bans on publishing anything that could connect these hearings with JY:

• To redact references to JY's recent SM posts complaining about two strokes/mini-strokes/etc. (I'm pretty sure this is what the "two XXX" passage is about), and
• To redact references to specific locations JY has mentioned either in SM posts submitted into evidence or other locations mentioned during the hearings. (There was an instance where the commentary stated JY was going to "XXX" after the hearing).

Funny how it was no big deal for JY to discuss menstruating with potential waxers and during these hearings while claiming the inability to answer questions about same on a recently-received medical questionnaire.

Even though there's no telling how the tribunal will rule in JY's cases, it does appear the tribunal as a whole might be displeased with some of JY's behaviors -- some of which include: the use of fake FaceBook accounts and fake pictures to contact waxers and salons; stating conflicting information to the waxers/salons regarding the genitalia present and in need of waxing service; and making negatively stereotypical statements about the minority women who ultimately chose not to take JY as a waxing client.

Dear God, I thought the NHS had long waiting lists, but waiting a year to see a Neurologist/neurosurgeon is unbelievable.

(Excuse the PL, but I recently was diagnosed with a spinal issue, I am unable to feel one leg, and in the UK, I only waited 6 weeks to see a neurosurgeon.)

His insurance must have terrible cover, if he isn't being economical with the truth.

People get placed by priority in Canada. Usually you'll see your Family Doctor, then another specialist for an appointment if it's determined to be a concern, then if something needs to be done you'll get a follow up. It can take a long time if what you're suffering from isn't awful or serious. Generally if I have some issue, like recently I wanted to see a Dermatologist- I got an appointment in four months but my issue wasn't life threatening or particularity bad. I said I was fine getting in whenever. Insurance in Canada is usually for meds, eye doctor, and dentist as those aren't covered by our healthcare- other doctors visits should be.

Using the Dermatologist as an example. If you have skin cancer, a concern that it might be skin cancer, or have something that is an obvious sign of skin cancer you'll usually get in to see the doctor in a few weeks or a month, if your family doctor feels there is a serious issue / risk.

A lot of aliments are annoying but not at risk of making you dead, so long waits are usually attached to dealing with issues that aren't exactly fun to deal with but probably won't be killing you.

His Doctor is waiting a year because he's an annoyance and isn't really sick or if he is having symptoms of something his FD does not think they're as serious as he claims so he's put further down on the list. It's probably a case of him crying wolf over multiple diseases in the span of the last few years/months and his family doctor not finding anything to back up that any of those aliments in standard testing they have available. No Doctor is going to catapult him above someone whose actually diagnosed with a brain tumor or has genuinely shown themselves to be ill.

I fundamentally do not understand this dance the tribunal is doing. Even the most transitioned trans woman does not have ovaries, a cervix, and a uterus. It is biologically impossible for a trans woman to menstruate. I don't even understand how it would be offensive to pretend otherwise. They're using pronouns, they're treating Yaniv like the woman he claims to be...is it really necessary to stoop to this level of delusion and pretend any of this is remotely in the realm of possibility?

This is why these tribunals are a joke. Well, one reason out of a thousand, but honestly, that there's likely some by-law stating they must adhere to Yaniv's story about having periods to avoid committing further offense just invalidates any ruling they might make. A judgment must be founded on the grounds of reality, otherwise it's just, "well, who has the most hurt feelings here?". You can't logically deconstruct insanity. That's part of the definition.
