reddit General

Bored today, was wondering what actually happened to people who can't read. Mostly because special ed allegedly doesn't teach their students much of anything, but I couldn't find anything related to tards, atm. But on the other hand; being illiterate generally fucks people over in actually getting a decent job, places an burden for whomever is living with them, and enables people to take advantage of them.

Turns out that American redneck stereotypes are real. And they also have an aversion to leaving their community.

Detroit is shit, unsurprisingly. On another note, roughly half of Detroit's workforce was recently considered to be illiterate, while Alabama is in 25% range.

This is one of the reasons why Muslims are at odds with the Western world.

And here's an old interview with an illiterate and his girlfriend. Plus, the guy was abused by his parents and refuses to learn how to read.

It’s always interesting that climate protesters seem to be concerned about Western nations, but won’t say anything about the pollutants from India and China.

I like how their facial expressions seem to say “fuck, this wasn’t as good of an idea as we thought it was”

If they really cared about the planet, they'd let the ice melt and remove 3 more first world polluters from the ecosystem. I like the part where all the people around them are sitting on their phones (think of the pollution required to make each one of those) and ignoring the virtue-signallers.

The mod in question is pro-union, so its less of a brigade and more of Reddit users protesting a big corporation in the most pathetic way possible. Yeah, Walmart cares about a tiny subreddit on the internet guys, way to speak truth to power. I don't even necessarily disagree with them here, but this is just stupid and pointless.
