Yeah, Vade wouldn't feel so empty if she

• Stopped depending so heavily on drugs and alcohol (because it honestly seems like whenever she runs into a rough patch she self-medicates instead of trying to work through it on her own)
• Focused more on her real life and her relationships with the people in it
• Set goals for herself and tried to accomplish them
• Ditched her band of enablers and made real friends instead
• Went to therapy
• Treated people with respect and kindness so she's liked instead of loathed

I actually do want Vade to do these things, because (and I know this opinion might be controversial on this forum), I'd rather have another healthy, well-adjusted human being who contributes to society than another subpar lolcow. But, like so many lolcows and SJWs, she's content to fester where she is because that's easier than improving herself.

My head knows you're right, but my heart... well let's just say something Vade has done has offended me on a personal level.

It's not a controversial opinion at all. Most of the folks I've seen on these forums want a poorly adjusted lolcow to improve themselves. Hell, whenever one happens across their thread and posts in it, Kiwis here try to help them more often than not. Even when Vade came on here and told people to go die, and even told @Coster to get hit by a car, people were STILL trying to give her advice and make her see reason. I want Vade to be a better person just as much as you do, but until she can admit that she does really shitty things, and seek to rectify it, she'll never change.

i think this is what pisses me off the most about vade. they are using every excuse they can to bring up "DONT FORGET GUYS, I LOST MY BOYFRIEND OKAY PITY ME OKAY". its sick and disgusting, using his death as a means to get asspats. i lost my 17 year old sister last year because of suicide, you dont see me bringing her up all the time for pity. im not 'triggered' by nooses or hangings, i may find them distasteful but i dont go onto my blog screaming about how triggered i am with keyboard smashes.

i know this is probably tmi, but it just drives me about how uncaring they are about him. hell, they never even went to his funeral, my sisters was my first and god damn did i stay there and keep my family as stable as i could. i doubt they even talks to his.

IICR Vade did get a few asks from people who knew Kennith IRL. The general consensus seemed to be "you treated Kennith like shit, his family does not like you, stop using him for sympathy."

You've perfectly articulated why most of us find Vade's reaction to Kenneth's death disgusting. We're not soulless monsters picking on a girl who lost her boyfriend, we're people who are genuinely sickened by Vade's callous treatment of her boyfriend's death. Especially considering that there's an ample amount of evidence that Vade treated Kenneth like shit before he died. I really don't think it's fair to say that she "drove" him to suicide (as it seems like Kenneth was already suffering from clinical depression, which in and of itself is enough to drive someone to commit suicide), but at the same time, she certainly didn't alleviate his suffering.

I could be wrong, but has Vade ever admitted that she was a shitty partner to Kenneth towards the end of his life? That she deliberately strained their relationship by refusing to confide in him and explain her decisions? Because it seems like, when it comes to Kenneth, all Vade ever does is say "Oh, woe is me, I lost my partner, I'm so miserable! Please don't remind me that death exists or I'll totally be triggered and it will all be your fault!" If that weren't enough, she uses every opportunity to bring him up. "Oh, I played this game with my boyfriend. He's DEAD, so seeing this game triggers me. If you're actually a good person you'll tag this and not ever mention it to me because it reminds me of my DEAD BOYFRIEND." I don't think it's fair to say whether or not Vade is truly saddened and upset by his loss (because in my opinion, she probably really does miss him) but I think we can all agree that the way she's milking his death for pity points is sick.

And I'm very sorry for your loss. That's a really horrible thing to go through, especially considering that your sister was so young.

The thing is, Vade's genuine feelings of sadness and loss were buried by her fucking exploiting it in Tumblr and Gaia (which wound up not tolerating her shit any longer). Whatever feelings of pain, loss, and hardship she suffered were tossed aside for the sake of milking the tragedy for asspats on Tumblr. Paired with how she essentially had a major contributing role in his suicide, Kenneth's friends and family have ample reasons to fucking hate Vade.
