"I've taken a couple of law classes so I know how the law works!"

This is like when someone talks about how they're a fourth year psych student so they know you're suffering from half of the DSM-5 they threw at you.

I don't think McLovin is the only paid opposition, here...

I do love how literally 24 hours after accusing Nick of having exclusive access to/sharing non-public information abou the case, GREG LITERALLY SHOWS HE HAS ACCESS TO AND PUBLISHES NON-PUBLIC INFO ABOUT THE CASE :story:

Good luck finding out where he said that, though, with his "Threadnaught" still in progress!

When Douchette says some idiotic bullshit like this, shouldn't he have some list of things where he was right and Nick was wrong, instead of, well, nothing at all?

Remember, it's totally great when we do it, but when you do it, you're Hitler!

Look at Greg releasing excerpts to keep the acolytes jazzed and inclined to donate that sweet sweet GFM money.

So don't trust anyone that only gives you select bits and pieces of the transcripts. BTW here is a small piece of the Transcript that absolutely proved Vic lied!

(about a matter not having any reasonable thing to do with the case, and he likely simply mistated or mis remembered.)

Now I could be mistaken(I am hoping I am not), but wouldn't douche getting a texas license to practice in texas make him easier to depose if need be? I remember nick saying itll be harder to depose him(nick) because he is not representing a client in texas, he does not practice law in texas, and that he does not live in texas.

edit:If he gets his license in texas and starts giving legal advice on twitter to those in texas, would it not be easier to justify getting him in? I mean I dunno why ty would want to depose him, but the possibility would be there.

Of course the reason for getting the Texas licence might be that he has already given legal advice to people in Texas and to have privilege apply to those conversations.

Thats like when a sovereign citizen would claim to be an article 8 free inhabitant and they were traveling so they can not be detained

Brieftime lurker, longtime dipshit, but I didn't see anybody bring it up when I was browsing earlier -maybe somebody has since, so pardon if I am late- but a cursory look shows most states have limited windows available for you to even take their bar exam. The Texas bar exam lasts three days. It's only offered twice a year. The next exam is at the end of July of this year. However, sign ups have been closed for two months. The final filing deadline for the July, 2019 exam was May 1st, and that came with a fuck you fee of $300 for being a lazy ass.

The next bar exam isn't until February of 2020. This faggot didn't even throw his shitty opinions in until early June, already too late for the July bar. So why ask for donations as a broke faggot when you can't even take the Texas bar until next year?

Smells like bullshit to me.

Simple answer: because bigger idiots will give it to you.

To be honest I wouldn't be surprised if a few kiwis dropped $10 on that GFM simply on the off chance it materializes into anything at all. Greg is such a massive cow that on the off chance that this all goes through it's almost guaranteed to be a 100x return on investment in lulz to be had.

He's banking on not needing to take the Texas Bar.

The real question is why he's downing a grand when he needs to crowdfund a CPAP machine and needed to crowdfund this expenditure.

I posted this in the weebwars main thread yesterday but that moves pretty fast, so here it is for posterity:

He's trying to do Admission Without Examination (AWOX) which is a somewhat different process, basically be practicing for 5 of the last 7 years, have an MPRE score of 85 or more, probably some other shit I'm missing, and submit a bunch of info about yourself so they can do a character/background check. Within 270 days of this the board will reject or accept your application and if accepted you can say you're a Texas lawyer on twitter. The linked FAQ explains it pretty well.

One thing I did not catch yesterday which I think speaks volumes is the timeframe for acceptance or denial by the board:

How long does the AWOX process take?
The Board has up to 270 days to complete its character and fitness investigation, and attempts to complete its eligibility investigation for AWOX in the same time frame. Generally, it takes approximately three to four months from the date your application is received in our office to complete the process; however, it could take more or less time depending on the particular application. It is helpful for you to provide all required documentation when you submit your application and to ensure that your employment references will respond promptly to any written inquiries from the Board, which will be sent after we begin processing your application.

Max 270 days for an answer assuming everything is properly submitted, average 3-4 months turnaround. So faster than the BATF but slow enough that by the time he knows one way or the other literally everyone will have forgotten who he is.

So again, if he was actually interested in helping, he'd have started this process weeks ago.

Edit for outside observers: no, you can't bribe your way into making it happen faster, so additional funds are literally fun money for Greg to buy additional CPAP machines and nothing else.

So this pretty much confirms he's a master of doing the absolute minimum and expecting to get full credit

Okay. That makes more sense. Thanks @HarblMcDavid.

I don't think he is actually interested in helping at all either. I think this is literally him sperging out so hard about being called a shitty lawyer on twitter that he is looking to attempt the Texas bar just for the worthless token """advantage""" of claiming to actually be a lawyer in Texas for when people tell him he doesn't know a fucking thing about Texas law. That's the kind of sorry ass person he comes off as.

Yep, it's a trophy just like the Superlawyer thing. He just wants to be able to say he's licensed to practise in multiple states because he knows Joe Public thinks that means he's an ace attorney.
