2. Are you seriously asking whether or not a lawyer that's practiced for twenty-five years has ever conducted a deposition? Have you watched the streams where he's talked about the depositions he's done?
3. He's said as much when he was going through his redacted deposition.
4. Does it have to be linked to an account in the first place when you have to withdraw funds from the GFM?
Did he watch Rackets' stream last night or is he getting subpoenaed because he got implicated?

If you have a GFM that is explicitly raising money for someone else, you have to go through a lot of shit before ANY money can be withdrawn.
This is basic KYC/AML stuff that is going to happen any time there is such a GFM. It's just the law.

During Vic's deposition, there was a "witness consultant" in the room with everyone. She was identified as Lisa Hansell (aka @Svetlana) a makeup artist who's worked with Vic, as well as Vic's friend. Before the depo got underway she was asked by Casey to leave.
Hrm. Which one does he consider a friend, I wonder.
His latest tweet suggest he's not on the KickVic koolaid, though.

Can we get the depositions and stuff linked the OP (and the lawsuit thread OP) so that people can be pointed straight there whenever they asked where it's at? It's a little difficult to find them where they are without a direct link to the post

Casey was transparently scheming to depose Vic and then immediately stay discovery with a TCPA without his own clients being deposed. He even made up an imaginary habeas dibsies rule to insist he somehow had the right to do this.
Didn't turn out as planned.
